I have been wanting one of these for my Kitchenaid mixer. It works very well and I am pleased with it. The price was great as well. I would recommend it.

Quality part but absolutely does NOT fit Cuisinart SM-50 Mixer
Despite the many reviews and websites that claim this beater fits an SM-50, it most certainly does not. It will mount on the mixer head shaft but the shape of the beater isn't even close to the shape of the bowl.Don't waste your time trying it on the Cuisinart - it does not work.

I used this for the first time and it worked really good scraping the edges and the bottom.

Works well, doesn't last
Works well at incorporating ingredients. Does a good job of scraping the sides. I just ordered my third one - because the rubber splits after a while - I've had this happen twice. I don't use it a lot, so am disappointed that I have to keep buying new ones - that's why it got a three star rating. It would have gotten five stars if it would have held together.
