I was able to purchase this at a discount and I was excited to try it! I usually take an Epsom Salt bath at least once or twice a week. I have never used Magnesium Flakes, but I have always wanted to try them.I can say that mine came in a large plastic jar with screw top lid. I used several handfuls of the flakes for each bath. They dissolved easily and seemed very nice. I have not made the magnesium oil so I can't comment on that. I will try making some as soon as I remember to buy some distilled water. It's just water and magnesium flakes mixed in a spray bottle and sprayed onto your skin. Everyone needs Magnesium!

these magnesium flakes dissolve easily in bath water. i have seen improvement in a skin condition caused by sun sensitivity within a short time. will reorder again.

I normally buy Epsom salts to use for my baths but after some research I decided to purchase these magnesium flakes. Normally a bath will help calm my legs slightly and take away the pain for a brief moment, however, these, these settled my legs for hours. Could it be placebo, maybe, maybe not. I have almost emptied the container they arrived in with the same result. My skin is also soft, overall, I just feel better after using these. Now a few hours later it is all back but for a short period of time I have relief.

I came across these and after reading about it figured I'd give it ago. My daughter has eczema in her hair and on her face so I'm excited to see if this brings relief as she used it today for the first time. Bonus I can soak my feet!

I have a hip injury and this has really made a difference. Most people are deficient in magnesium (essential element) and this will help supplement your diet. The product has greatly reduced the inflammation and pain that I have sometimes in my hip. The smell is amazing.
