This is a great kit for the price. Very easy to install. Before buying, I read a lot of the reviews. Many mentioned how the brakes were noisy after installing. The problem with these reviews was that they didn't say what was causing the noise or how bad the noise was. I bought the kit thinking it would be just a little noise. No, it was loud, metal-on-metal grinding, like when your brake pads wear out completely and there's no brake pad left. It was really bad on the front, especially the left. The back brakes didn't make any noise. I originally thought I had done something wrong with my installation of the parts on the front. I was also getting a lot of black brake dust on both the left and right in the front. I really thought the discs would be completely chewed up when I took everything apart to inspect. Because I thought they would be ruined, I ordered new front rotors again from Detroit Axle by way of Amazon. This time, however, I ordered ceramic pads from a well known brake pad maker. When I disassembled the brakes and disc, there was nothing wrong. The discs were not chewed up. They weren't really even grooved. It turns out all that terrible metal-on-metal grinding noise was from the pads, since they contain copper. Because of the price and the nicely done discs, I'd still get the kit. However, I highly recommend not using the copper-containing pads that come with the kit. I recommend spending a little for premium pads from a well-known brake pad manufacturer. I don't want to steer you toward a brand or type, so please research what would be best for you.

Shipping was bad Amazon lost for 3 days Replaced old brakes with new rotors and pads front and rear not much better than the old ones I will be surprized if they last 5000-10000 miles. Being a retired engineer, I would not recommend these My last ones lasted 40000 mile........Sad about quality and high price $230 Last set of front rotors and pads was $55..

After reading reviews I was hooked, then I did more research found hundreds of complaints however they all had 1 thing in common all parts were purchased from E-bay. If you compare the same parts purchased from Amazon the reviews are much better, I think the reason why is people reselling junk using other companies names knock offs, either way purchase here from Amazon you know it is legit. Ok reviewing this specific product the rotors come in a pair for the front and a pair for the rear so a total of 4 drilled and slotted rotors, also this kit contain the front and rear ceramic brake pads that also include all the hardware to replace the old , and as a bonus they include 1 can of brake cleaner and 1 container of brake fluid. When installing I also replaced my front and rear wheel bearing hubs due to a on going recall, the install of the rotors went as expected the pads for some reason fit but very tight fit, remember to use anti seize grease on studs and caliper grease on brake parts like those slider pins after the front I completed the rear done. NO NOT YET PLEASE DON"T forget when replacing rotors and pads you will need to BED the brakes to the new rotors so they work as designed. So far its pretty good I purchased this type of rotors just to see if I can stop some of the brake dust from building up so fast all I can say is so far I do see less dust so time will tell. NOTE if you intend to purchase this style rotors and expect better braking you are wrong any name brand will also be the same in order to get better stopping power you will need a lot more than new rotors and pads. As stated above this is a confirmed fit for my 2010 Chrysler Town And Country Touring Plus 3.8 Wheel size 16"

Installed these DIY on a minivan without a problem. They have been on the vehicle for a year, done several interstate trips and dealt well with the humidity and "rust faster" environment in the South Eastern US states. Vehicle stops better than with old ones. Been pleased with performance. Reserved giving a Fifth star since they have only been on the vehicle for a year. Need to see the three year marker for the fifth star.

The shipping box showed up damaged, with brake fluid contaminating the entire shipment. Unfortunately, I was leaving the next day and needed to use these pads and rotors since the old ones were horribly warped, so finally got a refund for the pads.One thing I've noticed and don't like at all is a loud grinding/bad wheel bearing-ish sound while braking from about 45-55 mph, which doesn't occur as badly at lower speeds. I tried switching the rotors the other way and it still happens. I'll try contacting them again to see what's going on as this doesn't happen with my other vehicles I put these on.There's also brake squeak at very low creeping speeds, which I assume is due to the pad composition, but I can deal with that for now.

Installing these rotors is as easy or as hard depending on your mechanical expertise. For a beginner just like me, I had some trouble removing my old break rotors because they were rusted in place.I bought these rotors with ceramic break pads. Drove them from Utah to Idaho and back. Felt safe all the time knowing that I have a functioning break system.I have not used rotors with holes in them so I'm not sure how they perform on winter. I may post an update later on.

I liked everything about them Delivery was quick, They are exactly what I was looking for and Iwill definitely buy them again when they are needed. The ceramic pads are quiet and createa lot less dust.
