If you can't cook, you can't cook... these aren't the reason. Save money, buy these... PERIOD
So, I'm a serious cook. In fact, I'm a school trained engineer so I feel I'm smarter than the average chef and given the amount of study I've put towards culinary arts, I'd frankly put myself up against any chef... seriously. That said, there's no reason to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on French, Dutch, German or English cookware when these will do just fine. I've spent the money. I know. My favorites, historically I have been the one with the Zwilling/ Demeyere gear (purely to brag) or something else just as obnoxious. And don't get me wrong, you look like a rock star with that stuff. But pound for pound, the Kitchara stainless set just gets it done. I love them. I have been more than pleased. Aside from looking good (yes, they wear, cookware does that... polish and buff as necessary) they really cook well. I've cooked for so many friends in the last two years and everything has come out beautiful. Heat distributes very, very well in most cases... I have seen nothing that does it perfectly and these are no different, however, if you take your time and watch (observe) to learn the characteristics of these pots and pans, you can easily learn where the heat is going and where hot spots or cool spots will form. I'd recommend two sets for the serious cook and the investment in serious, high steel kitchen knives. But after that, you're ready to rock-n-roll. Cleaning is not hard to me, though I've read otherwise. An overnight soak may be necessary for some items but who cares? Pits can form, especially with high starch content foods. But brillo and elbow grease usually deals with the issue that just fine.Wishing you the best of luck. Go cook something awesome.

Buy these! Look no further 🙂
I am in total shock and disbelief!!!! I never heard of Kitchara and I spent hours reading reviews of every pot manufacturer. Every review was good so I decided to buy these. I didn't write a review until now and I am writing this because I am so excited with the quality of this set. I was reheating Campbell's Tomato Soup with milk and started talking to my husband and totally forgot I turned on the stove. The soup was bubbling away for 15 minutes and the bottom of the pot was completely burned. I thought I was going to throw away my new pot. Any other pot would have needed hours of soaking and scrubbing. Not Kitchara! It wiped off in seconds!!!!! I am still in shock! Also, I am following the manufacturer's reccomend to only cook on medium heat and they work beautifully. Definitely the best pots I have ever used (I was married to an Executive Chef and we had expensive Caphalon and Cusinart sets, the quality does not compare). Stop shopping and buy these so you can be as happy as I am!

Excellent replacement for old non-stick
I have been wanting to replace my non-stick cookware for some time. I love to cook and knew that there are issues with non-stick leaching bad things. I have been researching alternatives and happened upon the Kitchara brand. After reading a LOT of reviews and gathering all kinds of useful tips, my husband and I decided to take the plunge. This was not done lightly- I have always used non-stick, this set is not exactly inexpensive, and I was worried about food sticking. Well, I LOVE these pans. I have not figured out how to do eggs yet- have only tried twice. I think I just need to use more bacon grease than I am used to. But I won't give up and can always go to my cast iron skillet for eggs which is really the ultimate for eggs anyway...

Great pan, but slightly too large
I bought this to replace a similarly sized pan. My old pan was just a little taller on the sides and slightly smaller in diameter. I miss my old pan's shape and size. This pan though is excellent in other ways as expected: great heat distribution, very easy cleanup, and seems very rugged. I've used it for a few months now and nothing has stuck. I have an induction stove. One of the important things about using an induction stove is that the pans have to be perfectly flat. So far this pan has not warped at all.

Great Set
I came from an outdated 10 year old scratched up Teflon set and realized I need some nice frying pans and pots. I ordered two sets of the stainless steel ten piece and 2 of there Teflon frying pans. I have had them since May and I absolutely love them. Do your self a favor and buy bar tenders friend to clean them along side of Dawn dish detergent. A plus and minus there large and there heavy. I find the size to be wonderful The weight is quality and a little bit of a burden but would not trade these pans for anything. For the money they are awesome. The only thing I am upset about is they do not have a pasta pit and I have to go to Cusinart to get one.

New possibilities
I’m no master chef but I am a foodie and in recent years have been taking interest in learning to make all of my favorite dishes. When my Teflon coated pots started to show their age I decided it was time to get serious. I love how they make fond out of just about everything.

Worth Every Penny!
I’ve been sacrificing my family’s health when I cooked using pots and pans that would leave behind a nasty smell. I believe in investments and the purchase of this cookware set is such a savings for the long run.Beautiful looking, cleans so well, a wonderful set of various sizes for various cooking needs, and though “large” they fit together nicely which saves space in the cupboard. And they don’t stink when cooking! This is a perfect example of “you get what you pay for.” With this purchase, I now have cookware that is SAFE and durable and something I will hand down to my daughter. They are a bit heavy, particularly when full with some concoction, but so worth every penny!
