Great shoe that massages your feet while you walk.

this are hard to wear
Well i can not believe how hard these noppy's are.i had a pair of masur from Australia massage sandels for years they wore out so I thought i would try these. geeze they are really rough on my feet! i can only wear them 1/2 to 1 hour tops, and they make my soles really sore. I am disappointed, after a month the time I can wear them has not improved. I think these are over kill, as my other massage sandals i could wear for many hours with out pain.

Can't get Narrow!!!
Tried ordering two different styles of Birki's Noppy Sandal. Ordered Narrow in each, did not get. Returns notwithstanding, I never received narrow noppy sandals in either style.

We call them "The Cruel Shoes".
If you don't get the reference, look up Steve Martin's routine called The Cruel Shoes.These are an incredibly effective foot massage sandal. I wear them as my around-the house shoe and since I have retired they are on my feet most of the time. They have worked wonders for my plantar fascitis. They do take a bit of getting used to, but I ignore the wussy whiners who think they hurt. They only hurt when you step on them accidentally while you are walking around in the dark, barefoot.

These sandals are FANTASTIC, but, wear them with socks a majority of the time. Mine are nearly worn out since I have had them for about five years, and I'm sorry to see they are no longer available to buy. I would buy a few pair for myself and some for my family, including the grandchildren.

Stay healthy ! Nothing good comes easy, you have to work for it!
Absolutely amazing ! It took me a wile to get use to wear this shoes but it's definitely worth it!!! Stay healthy my friends ❤️

Love this shoe!
I absolutely love this sandal! I had 'heel spurs' and experienced a great deal of pain when I walked. A foot specialist would 'wrap' my foot . . . and finally I was told surgery was the only solution to relieve the pain. Then purchased this sandal! It helped greatly! Never had to have the surgery.I know they suggest that you walk on these only a few minutes a day . . . but I sometimes wear them to work (I am a teacher and stand on my feet for long periods of time).You can buy the super noppy in many different colors. I am not sure as to why they only have blue and tan here. I LOVE this sandal
