Standard Process Feline Immune System Support - 60 tablets

I've used both the Feline Immune System Support and the Feline Whole Body Support (as well as the Canine variety) from Standard Process and couldn't be happier. Any time one of my cats is looking a little green around the gills, we add this to their diet and they usually perk up within a week or so. I highly recommend looking at the company website to read about the product, just so you know more about what you're getting, and dosage, etc. But, I think it's fair to say that most cats will see improved immune system support with this supplement. Highly Recommended.

I have an FIV positive cat and it's vital that I give her supplements and vitamins everyday to keep her healthy. This is a great product but it's a little expensive. Once I went to buy it and it was sold out so I tried the standard process "feline whole body support" instead because it had pretty much all the same ingredients. The 'fwbs' gave my girl all the same healthy results as the 'fiss' at $10 less so now I just use the 'fwbs'. If you're low on money, I'd recommend the 'fwbs' if your cat is verily healthy or if you have his/her medical conditions under control. However, if your cat was just recently diagnosed with FIV or Leuk or any other immune deficiency, you may want to stick to this product for a few months until you get them out of the woods.

I used this product (along with the Feline Renal Support) for months and then suddenly, my cat started having seizures. All tests (MRI, CT, Spinal Tap) and blood work are normal. When I stopped giving the supplements, the seizures also stopped. Each time I would add the supplements back to my cat's diet, the seizures would return.Our cat is on a raw-food diet, so perhaps the addition of this supplement is overloading her system.I've heard good things about Standard Process, but I would not recommend using this product.

Our kitty has Feline Leukemia. Her lymphocytes climbed very high. Our vet recommended Standard Process Feline Immune System Support and interferon. We have given her the Standard Process every day for the past four months. We grind it up and mix it with chicken broth to administer with an eye dropper. We wanted to assure that she got her daily dose. Her lymphocytes have dropped by 5000. The interferon is not an end all. We believe that the Standard Process has contributed greatly to her recovery.

The canine formula has really helped my pug but this hasn't done much for my FIV cat. My vet put him on another, more heavy duty immune system booster. Other cat owner should not be dissuaded from trying it though. One thing I did not like about it is my cat would not eat these tablets even with a pill pocket around it. I had to put them all in a food processor and grind them up. I then put 1/8 teaspoon in his wet food in the morning.

These were recommended to me from my vet. I have been giving them to my 11 year old male cat who is FIV positive for about six months. He shows no outward signs of FIV so it's hard to say if these made a difference but I feel that anything to help boost his immune stem is a good thing. Who knows, he might be showing signs if I didn't use them but for now he looks and acts like a healthy cat. :)

Price is right and it is essential for my cats health.
