I have been off and on in the gym since high school and this is my first time using occlusion bands. So far, I can tell you they make a huge difference. You do NOT need to lift heavy while using the bands. I generally use 10-15 pounds when targeting biceps. After my first set of 30 reps, my arms have a slight burn. After my second set, my arms feel like someone lit them on fire. The bands help contain blood in the area being worked when helps generate faster muscle growth. If you're thinking about trying something new, or you want to push your training to another level, I would highly recommend getting this set. Made of great material, easy to use, and for a great price!

I like these straps. They are comfortable and there is no pinching. I like that they are easy to tighten and they stay where you put them. The quality seems decent for the price.I used them for arms the first day I had them and my arms were really pumped with little effort. I used them for legs tonight and felt like my legs were twice as heavy going up stairs, in a good way. Overall, these will be a good addition to my training.The only negative is that the straps just secure to a small loop and they seem to fall out easily. Maybe securing with Velcro would be a nice addition. I just let them dangle so it’s not a huge problem for me.

These were purchased with intended to make bigger gains and not have to use heavier weights in the gym all the time. I like the simplicity of the product and the deal of getting both the bands, arms and legs. It was not difficult to use the bands, however, they did not have anything to secure them in place. On a typical workout, they were adjusted frequent, which was bothersome. The only why to keep them secured was to wrap them twice as hard around the arms or legs then secure them by a knot of some sort. I do use these from time to time in the gym. Also, these were purchased in addition to the BRF bands, a product test between them. Overall, these are a great product but only lack the sturdiness of being secured in place.

I picked these up because of the good price and the apparent ease of use. These served to help my introduction to blood flow restriction (BFR), or occlusion, training as part of my recovery from major orthopedic surgery. These will get the job done though there is some adjustment/re-adjustment to be done getting used to them. They performed the BFR function reasonably well. These have helped me to choose to continue pursuit of BFR training, albeit with a higher quality, and more expensive, BFR cuff.

I have been very hesitant on purchasing and trying out occlusion bands. But I am so glad I ordered them from Viking Strength. I have been using the leg bands and they make leg day 100x better, they give me such a great pump. They are well worth the price because it comes with arm bands and leg bands. The arm bands I have yet to use but I will for sure incorporate them in my next arm day. The bands are super comfortable and are easy to adjust. If you are looking for occlusion bands I would suggest these. :)

Ordered expecting both arm and leg BFR straps, as indicated throughout the listing. Only received the legstraps...twice! When trying to resolve you'll find that Amazon punts the customer service issues over to Viking. However, there's no customer service at Viking - the link on their site doesn't work and no one seems to be monitoring their email. So I returned/re-ordered in the hopes this was a one time mistake - it was not.Don't waste your time or money on these people - false advertising. Stick with Gymreapers. Lesson learned.

This product is a must have for fitness enthusiasts and trainers! I have used wraps in the past but they simply are not as fast, efficient, or effective as the Vikingstrength occlusion bands. The quality is excellent in that the bands hold their resistance at a consistent level. I've found them particularly useful in changing up my training regimen. I've been mixing in the occlusion band training with my regular routine and it's been a much needed boost to my training. I am seeing some results in the arms but other body parts are getting some benefit as well. As a person with an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, I find occlusion training to be very helpful to keep a fresh approach to training. Excellent product and well worth the cost. Very good support as well.

These were on back-order for what seemed like an eternity! Couldn't wait to get them so I could try 'em out. Well... I can tell you they were definitely worth waiting for! Comfortable, easy-cinch, no-pinch design... I normally use them at the end of whichever of my given workouts as a finisher, after my heavy working sets, in order to completely engorge the muscles... And, oh, what a pump! For me, blood-flow-restriction training has been a welcomed addition and change-of-pace to my regular workout regimen. I've already seen some nice results thus far, and I would 100% recommend these occlusion bands. Thanks, VikingStrength... Your products haven't let me down yet!

Effective in providing the BRF required, more so for arms than legs. The legs one are too stretchy to provide effective partial occlusion but not completely useless.

I have always been an at home workout person. Over the years, I've accumulated many at home workout items, and assistive items.
