Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Set of 5

I actually ordered these by mistake. I thought they were straps :(. Started using them anyway and I love them. Very strong and sturdy, several different resistances. I will need to order the straps for my application, but I will keep these as I have incorporated them into my routine, and they do help with the "burn". Very well priced and quality.

Was told by Doctor to invest in a set of resistance bands to help get my legs stronger. She recommended these bands to me. These are perfect! Easy to use, easy to store, I can take it anywhere with me. Well worth the purchase!

I’m seriously impressed with the quality of these resistance bands, especially at this price point. They feel just as durable as the ones I bought through BODi (Beachbody) years ago—but those were nearly double the cost and only came with 3 bands. This set includes 5 resistance levels, which gives much more versatility depending on the workout. The bands are thick, sturdy, and don’t feel like they’ll snap under tension, which is always a concern with cheaper versions. Great value and excellent quality!

I have come to believe that resistance bands may be the best way to get a strength and flexibility workout, particularly for upper body work. I got these to help rehab from a shoulder injury, and I can't imagine a better product for this use.They come in different weights / resistance so you can taylor the workout. You can work in pretty much any direction - pull or push, up, down or sideways - and infintely vary the resistance depending on the weight of the band you choose.The other great thing about them is they take up almost no space, so you can pack them in luggage and take them on a trip, and have an excellent workout while travelling. These bands are awesome!

I'm pleased with this set of resistance bands. The variety of tensions means they will meet my exercise needs for a long time. Eventually, some breaking may happen, but they seem to be well made and I'm certainly not being too careful with them. I went for the variety of colors, so it's a no-brainer to grab whichever one I need for a particular exercise. I like that they came with a small booklet of exercises. While my main focus now is rehabbing a hip after replacement surgery, I like the arm exercises shown in the booklet so much, that I'm doing them.

I like the little pouch the bands came in, makes them so portable. Bands are solid. Love the different colors for the different resistance. Price was right. Product is good. You cannot lose here. Buy with confidence.

It's a good set of resistance bands and they worked great until the yellow one broke. Seems like they would hold up better. I have moved to the red band and I'm hoping this one will last longer.
