Quality spatula
This is a quality long spatula. It works great for taking larger items off the grill like a spatchcocked turkey, chuck roast, and anything that's a little larger than average and heavier than a pound or two....I used it to remove a 13 pound turkey and it worked great. It's a little pricey, but a quality product and glad I bought it.

The Rolls-Royce of Spatulas
Confession: This is my third Due Buoi spatula. I have a thin one, a wide one and now this long one. It's perfect for the grill and ideal for a griddle. But let's not kid ourselves; it is what it is — a piece of bent metal with a handle. But it's so well made and so well balanced that you'll never want to use another. It even 'sings' when you tap it, which is something I never knew I appreciated. In any case, do you need a $40 Italian-made spatula? Of course not. Do you want one? Absolutely. It's one of life's little luxuries. And couldn't we all use a few more of those?

They ruined a great spatula :-(
I bought this spatula after using one at a friend's house. Theirs is about 10 years old and is fantastic. Unfortunately, at some point since mt friend's was made, Due Boui changed the design, no doubt to cut cost. The new design has a shorter handle with thinner grip material. The result is that the blade of the spatula is now much heavier than the handle, which causes the blade to rest flat on your countertop, greasing the countertop with the residue from whatever you're cooking. With the previous design, the handle was heavy enough to keep the blade aloft, up off the countertop. It's super frustrating that they ruined the design. But I'm sure some middle manager got a bonus for saving 7 cents per unit sold, and maybe even got written up in a case study for business students. Due Boui: If you're listening, incentives matter.

Loved this spatula until my husband melted the handle in the cast iron skillet :(

Great spatula!
This is the best spatula! We use it for fish even though it's a lasagna spatula. It's better than the ones designed for fish.

We ordered a second for our vacation home as we couldn’t live without it.

Massive
Good for large servings of lasagna, large burgers on the grill, or maybe huge pieces of cake. It's bigger than I want. I'm still looking for something about 75% this size for turning omelettes.
