Defective - And Customer Service Difficult
I love origami type folding cases, unfortunately this one was defective. It appears that the plastic molding did not reach all edges making it unsightly and not reliable on one corner. I was going to send it back to Amazon, but I contacted Pipetto customer service in London hoping to exchange it for a different color. We have gone back-and-forth on at least six or seven emails. They are slow to respond. It’s been about 2 weeks and still they have been unable to resolve.
