Nona Active Knight Castle Play Tent Set for Kids - Foldable with Easy Setup Plus Foam Sword and Shield and a Red Cape

Assembly was a bit challenging as instructions are not very good. My grandkids loved it until the fiberglass support rods started breaking within days. Let's just say that it will be fine if you set it up, leave it up and have less "exuberant" kids use it. Any stress on the tent will render it useless. UPDATE: The seller contacted me within a day of my initial review and offered a refund or rrplacement. That is stellar! I declined both as I believe she is sincere on trying to offer a good product.I will chalk up the issues to my grandkids being a bit too tough on the tent.

We ordered this super colorful and fun tent from Amazon. When I contacted Amazon, they offered no compensation for the flawed item. There was a hole in tent and some of the Velcro was unstitched, making the tent unstable. The company reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied with their product. After explaining a few of the issues, there willingly offered to sent a free replacement. Best customer service, hands down. The tent really is awesome and my 5 year old son is going to love the new one! The sword and shield it came with are of great quality and the set of cards is nicely packaged.

The Nona active play tent is a big hit with my 2 year old. He loves the foam sword and plays everyday with his stuffed animals inside the tent. The tent was super easy to assemble and I was surprised by the size of the tent. It is big enough for four toddlers to sit and play. It’s a nice cozy place to read books with your kid. My son loves the tent so much that he wants to sleep there. So we have decorated the top of the tent with string lights which gives a beautiful glow to the tent at night.

Did not come with sword, shield, or cape. Box for the tent appeared to be opened and poorly taped back together.Tent seems to be of good quality and easy to put together.Update: Nona has amazing customer service! They recognized the problem and though they were unable to send us the missing parts due to lack of stock they did offer us a full refund. Would definitely buy from them again!

Before the shipment ever arrived the company reached out to me to make sure that it arrived safely and with all the pieces. Again I received another email asking if I received our free gift in the box and if I was happy with our purchase. I bought this for an almost three-year-old who loves it. The foam sword will not last forever but I would not want any harder material in the hands of a two year old! Let pretend play soar!

We set this up and immediately, one of the poles went through the roof and was sticking out the top before I even got all the poles in. The fabric had ripped right away. My son still enjoys this tent, as it is castle themed and great for imaginative play. . The company was great with customer service.

Disappointed. Didn’t get any of the accessories, just the tent and it’s a plain castle with nothing on it. Easy to put together and the kid loves it anyway but sad it was not what was pictured and missing all of the accessories.

This was great for my boys! They did end up breaking the tent after using it for a few weeks. They were a little too rough with it and the stitching broke, so it collapses now. I tried fixing it, but haven't had luck.
