I really wanted a substitute for many capsules per day to get better nutrition from other products available, albeit from freeze-dried, powdered fruits and veggies. But this stuff tastes so bad, one really has to mask it with something. And we try to avoid just adding more sugary stuff, right? Ugh, I'm gonna do my best to finish this container to avoid waste.

Have been using this formula for 12 years now and, well, it’s been 12 years and I’m still using it. I’ll use garden of life vitamin code every now and then, but no other vitamin gives me the energy and over all benefits I get from this.It doesn’t taste vile! Lol. What are these people comparing it to?!? Taste is unremarkable at worst, and in fact I think it’s pretty good for a vitamin supplement. I wish they would add the phosphatidyl choline they had in the formula a couple years ago, and raise the price, but it seems it may have been too expensive to keep in.

i been using the caps for years and when i chewed the cap it tasted so so horrible i told myself i will never even bother trying the powder ... huge mistake !the powder tastes amazing in my protein shakes !i like using Syntrax Nectar Natural Orange with these since they are also "Natural Orange" flavored ... however these will also work with other flavors of protein as well."Natural Orange" basically means orange peels, but it tastes surprisingly good.

I am a strong advocate of powdered vitamins and minerals. Over the past couple of decades, I have used other products. Quite frankly, none taste that great! But none were out-and-out vile tasting. After taking the first dose, it wasn't (I swear to God) fifteen minutes before I had to run to the bathroom and empty my stomach. But I figured I'd give this another chance. So, next day, I took another dose, mixing it in water and using a blender so that the powder didn't get clumpy in the glass. Thankfully, I didn't experience the rapid onset of nausea (or the other unpleasant result), but did experience a bit of stomach upset for over an hour. I know that Life Extension makes great products. So I'm astounded that they formulated this product with such a nasty taste. This stuff is going back!

I like the brand. They have many fine products. I used to swallow about 30 or so supplements of various kinds a day. It eventually, for some reason became more difficult to swallow pills as I became older. I finally became sick and tired of going through the ritual of swallowing pills and sometimes gagging.I turned to the powder supplement. If you are looking for something delicious to swallow down, forget it. I mask the taste by putting in my other drinks. If necessary, I add extra flavoring. I also sometimes add extra supplements, so added flavoring becomes important. A drink is a much better way for me than trying to swallow a large number of tablets, or capsules.

Love the eye drops. They keep my eyes well moisturized.

Tooooooo much Stevia! I suffer the aftertaste for hours on 2 scoops. 3 scoops were unbearable.
