The Big Book of Little Amigurumi: 72 Seriously Cute Patterns to Crochet Paperback – November 1, 2014

I’m a beginner crocheter along with my sister, and we both agree that this book makes it fun and easy to crochet stuffed animals. It has a very helpful glossary and visual dictionary to help teach users stitches (DO NOT ATTEMPT TO START A PROJECT WITHOUT READING THIS SECTION), which I found incredibly helpful. It’s great on a rainy day and super convenient that it uses one size yarn for the most part. My only complaint is that it is a bit frustrating when your result looks nothing like the book’s illustration, so I recommend only purchasing this book if you have the patience to try repeatedly. Over all this is a great product I would recommend to the crocheter looking to expand their horizons past blankets and scarves.

Loving this book so far. There are pictures of every finished project and the instructions are very clear with helpful tips in the back that assume very little. I chose to embroider rather than use plastic eyes and they came out so cute. My daughter loves them. Can't wait to try some other projects.

My granddaughter is teaching herself to crochet. She loves this book! It has good pictures and instructions. She was able to complete projects with it.

There are a lot of cute projects to be had in this book. The directions are very clear and are fun to put together.

A gift to my grandson aged 11 that recently took up crocheting these little amigurumi creatures. He is pleased and has made several so far. The pictures of each pattern is a thumbs up.

This book is awesome. There is so many cute things to bring to life as I crochet. The price is right for this and as I viewed the pages this book is well put together. I just love this big book, the name is perfect for it. The quality is on the money.

I bought this book to make amigurumi for the first time. I've never crocheted anything other than a scarf before. I looked up some you-tube videos to see some how some of the stitches are done, then followed the instructions in this book. Even for a beginner like me, it was easy to follow. I've made a few little things for my girls and they love them. There are so many cute patterns and a good variety of items to make. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to make some amigurumi.

No exagera el titulo cuando dice, "el gran libro de los pequeños amigurumis", muchos, muchos patrones, para mi hermana es algo grandioso, ya que le dio pie a nuevos proyectos.

Absolutely love love love this book. Expensive, but worth every penny in my opinion.

Product a bit out of shape. Not cute

I heard of people who don't like kittens and puppies, and they're probably the only ones who could resist the pull of these cute projects. I guess if you don't want to crochet, then you have a chance to dislike this book. Just a chance!The book proposes 72 projects, mostly animal amigurumi but also fruit and veggies, a hotdog, everyday items like a coffee mug, and kid favourites like robots, a tea set, and a little tugboat. You'd have to be diffiicult to find flaw with the look of the designs, because they're quite good looking, They're mostly crocheted in the round, technically speaking so there is less sewing to do than if they were made with flat pieces.The editing is ok, good clear pictures, the instructions are row by row, but don't come with tutorials or anything beyond general guidelines. That's ok, though the book is clearly geared at intermediates and the patterns are not very complicated as to require special sections on extra techniques. Almost everything is made with single crochets anyway.And, have I mentioned how cute the projects are?
