I received the laptop with the trackpad being faulty, I have reinstalled and uninstalled the drivers many times. nothing seems to work. the track pad needs to actually be replaced. This was a certified refurbished item, which means everything should have been working. there are certain spots on the track pad that don't work and also make the mouse jump or not move at all. I am not very happy and dont want to go through the hassle of returning the item.

I did not purchase this particular Dell computer, but the Dell laptop I did but lasted a little over a week before it completely stopped working. The support I got from their tech support, which I believe is in India, was horrific, time consuming and useless. I ended up taking it to a repair shop and spent more money. That was about a year ago, and now it's not working again. And NEVER will I purchase a Dell product again. Absolutely horrible experience!
