When I bought this I was on the fence between it and an ingersol rand, decided to take a gamble and save myself about $500.00. So far I'm very impressed!! Has a quick recovery time. Running a 1/2 inch impact on heavy truck repair jobs it never runs out of reserve air! Very satisfied and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a great priced air compressor!!

I’m sure the compressor is a good one. My -5 star rating is for Northern Tool and equipment.Here’s my story:I ordered an air compressor through amazon on Friday night at about 2300 PT. I was informed that due to the nature of the size and weight of the compressor it would take 2 to 3 business days to process the order and ship. So the item shouldn’t (by their own words) have shipped before Tuesday. 19 hours later the exact same item was offered 10% off. So at approximately 1800 PT on Saturday I processed a cancellation on the first one and ordered the same item for 10% less ($290 savings). Sunday morning I received an email from Northern that they could not process my cancellation as the item had already shipped. But they could not provide me a shipping company or tracking number. So I tell them I’m going to reject delivery on the first one. Which I do. The second one is scheduled to be delivered the day after the first one. Note, all of this takes a month and meanwhile I have to pay for both. So I refuse delivery on the first one with a delivery date of the next day scheduled for the second one. But the second one never comes. I have been given refunds for both compressors but after 3 months the second one is still showing in transit. I ended up buying my compressor from a well known competitor. (HF)
