Hamilton Beach Commercial HDC311 Single-Serve Hospitality Coffee Maker

Heats up quickly for a perfect cup of coffee each time. The quick heating makes it easy to brew a second cup for a friend to enjoy. Used this coffee maker in a hotel and liked it so much I decided to buy one for home. So much easier and better than making a cup of instant coffee. Cleanup is also easy. Take out the pod and rinse the parts. Recommend highly!

We couldn't be happier with the Hamilton Beach Commercial HDC311 Single-Serve Hospitality Coffee Maker. Based on other positive reviews, we decided to give it a try, and we're so glad we did! It works perfectly for single-serve brewing, and its best features are how incredibly simple it is to operate and how effortless it is to clean. A definite five-star product!

Ignore the reviews saying unit explodes, opens or makes coffee with grounds...the lid needs to be SNAPPED closed, do not just lower it. Unit makes a strong cup of coffee, as the needle that drips the brewed coffee is a larger diameter than other K cup machines I have tried. Cannot beat a fresh brewed pot but comes close when you need just one cup!

I have the Hamilton Beach dual carafe/pod coffee machine and I liked it but because my kitchen is small, counter space limited I opted to purchase the solo pod coffee maker and put the bigger model away. I got so use to the pod side of the other Hamilton Beach that I decided this one was going to better for my counter. Also the other coffee dual is white and it shows up the coffee stains. I like the this new Hamilton Beach coffee maker because it brews hot coffee, easy operation, slim lined. I looked over the list of coffee makers and I am happy with this one. I recommend it.

I first used one of these while visiting my sister years ago and fell in love with it. I immediately bought my own as soon as I got home and it lasted for many years and I'm on my 2nd. It's light weight but sturdy, easy to operate and clean, brews rapidly and quietly and my coffee tastes great. Unbelievably low price. Thank you Messrs Hamilty & Beach.

This coffee maker worked for 3 weeks and then would only make a quarter of a cup and then shut down. I tried cleaning it using the instructions but that didn’t correct the problem.

So far, this item has worked perfectly and I would definitely recommend it.
