A perfect fit regardless of size
This has been the second or third time that I have ordered mediPEDs. I was diagnosed with diabetes a couple of years ago. An on-going issue that I now has is swollen feet. To make matters worse, my left foot swells more than the right one. Thus, I needed to find socks that would stretch to accommodate my left foot, but yet stay up. Someone recommended mediPEDs. I opted to buy the mediPEDs that are for males, since I normally wear a size10 and have wide feet. The mediPEDs are super easy to put on. I like that they are soft and cushiony on my feet and then stretchy on my legs. The socks are thin enough to be able to wear with most any pant shoes. I have worn my mediPEDs several times, and never had a sock get too stretchy. I put them in the washer and dryer along with my other clothes and they turn out fine.I highly recommend mediPEDs for anyone who is a diabetic or has some type of foot issue. The socks allow for good circulation and won't leave a mark on your leg from the band. Also, they are designed to keep your feet cool so that sweat won't build up in the socks. Because the blue and black are so similar in color, when I purchased more I opted just to get black. That way I won't have to try to match up the socks. Lastly, if you aren't satisfied with the socks, there is a full money back guarantee.

Junk. Leave deep marks on ankles. DO NOT BUY!
Diabetic socks?! I've had them on for 2 hours and I have itchy deep grooves on my ankles. Do not buy, if that's the reason you're buying. I'm returning them. Two hours later, the lines on my calves are still there, still itchy. See picture for proof of lines. I don't have big calves.

45% cotton, breathable, soft, comfortable
Very comfortable socks. I have a hard time finding socks that don't crush my legs. I have relatively thin legs, but for some reason most socks dig in and leave an awful impression, leading to poor circulation and sore feet (I do not have diabetes, and aside from bad socks, my circulation is fine).I originally bought a couple of pairs of MediPeds in a store, and when they turned out to be quite comfortable, I purchased these, and they do not disappoint. They are soft and stretchy, they breathe well, and sometimes I even forget I am wearing them. These seem to be higher quality than the original pairs I bought. I specifically checked the materials they were made with, and went with these based on reviews and a side by side comparison of these (45% Cotton, 42% Polyester, 9% Polyester, 3% Nylon, 1% Lycra Spandex ) with the other style of MediPeds (63% Polyester, 35% Coolmax Polyester, 2% Lycra Spandex )

They should know better
Comfortable socks. Fit well. The 1 star review is due to the fact that the manufacturer packaging includes plastic fabric tagging barbs which snag and pull the stitching on the socks which will lessen the durability.

Compression hose is painful when it swells and regular socks cut off the ...
Although I am not diabetic, I did suffer a major injury to my right leg 3 yrs ago and it periodically swells. Compression hose is painful when it swells and regular socks cut off the circulation at top of elastic. These socks help significantly.

not really MediPeds?
What I received was possibly fake? Too large for stated size, and not made like MediPeds. The tops were a ribbed style, not that open weave that they usually are. Returned.

These Socks Are Terrible!
These socks are still tight at the top and are falsely advertised as "Diabetic" socks! Diabetic socks should NOT constrict peoples legs! Worse than that, I ordered black, and when I washed them the water was literally black from the die that came off! My uncle wore them and his ankles were itching so bad from whatever these socks are made of! They are definitely NOT healthy to wear!!!

Fits like a compression sock
I have been looking for sox that don't cut off the circulation in your calf. These are advertised as having a "non binding top." Not true. I weight 180 lbs and have relatively a small calf and foot. I bought size large and they are even too tight for my calf and foot. If you are looking for compression sox these are the ones to get.
