The Biohacker's Guide to Upgraded Energy and Focus

Read this review
This is a phenomenal book. The haters on these reviews are missing the Forest for the trees. There is so much packed into this book. Even if you only practiced a small portion of the recommendations in this book your life would drastically improve. Having just finished this book and feeling like I’m better prepared for the complicated world we inhabit, the complaints in other reviews seem completely ludicrous. People want a magic, cheap and easy cure for all of their health problems. They would have an easier time finding oceanfront property in North Dakota. Read this book and put some of it into practice and see if your life doesn’t improve. I dare you... :)

Packed full of great info!
This book really opened my eyes. I’ve been on a path of personal growth for a few years now and the author provides a wealth of resources here in these pages. Great reference guide to return to again and again. Ignore the haters this book is well worth it

Biohacking for Dummies
It's a sad commentary on our times that the term "research" has largely become synonymous with "lifting other people's work from the Internet", repackaging it, and claiming it as your own. There is nothing, absolutely NOTHING in this book that is original; you can find all of the information in greater detail simply by doing a little detailed web searching.Even as an overview of biohacking strategy, the book falls flat. It's shallow in its treatment, poorly organized and at times the sloppiness of the prose makes you wonder if this guy dictated the book instead of writing it.Take the effort that you would have spent reading this book and spend it doing your own searches on the Net. You'll get far more benefit.

Not a fan of the $47 up-sell
After purchasing the S&H for the free book, I was offered an additional package for "Biohackers Guide to Rapid and Sustainable Fat Loss" for $47.I attempted to get a refund because the additional package is not only unsustainable, but it's nearly unattainable. (They wouldn't refund money because it was already 18 days after purchase.)The beginning of the fat loss guide mandated the following: Four saunas every week, AND weekly acupuncture, AND a weekly massage, AND two "ultra baths", AND a weekly ice bath, AND walk eight miles (15-20,000 steps) every day, only drink certain brands of water, and preferably out of certain $130 flasks, track all food (85% vegetables, 15% fish), remove contacts or glasses to go outside to get all of the vitamins you can, read a book by candle light before going to bed. This is just the tip of the regimen that is claiming to be "sustainable". I didn't bother to read much beyond this.Maybe this book is more realistic, but given what I saw in the "sustainable" weight loss program I have opted to leave it in the shrink wrap.
