So far it's good! I do have a sensitive stomach, so when I take it I empty the gelatin capsules & poor the powder into my water bottle of 32 oz & take it that way. I only gave it three starts just because it's probably only been a month of use it.

Each serving of bcaa's contains 400% RDA of B6 and 5500% RDA of B12.I already take a multi with a large helping of B complex.And Emergen-C has B's.And I take two servings of BCAA's on a workout day.All in all I don't want to be taking so much B.It's a shame that this information is not here on Amazon.Every time I buy supplements here I must remember to look on other websites for the precise contents.

Would like to buy again, it seems like an affordable excellent product. BCAA are worth buying and using for strength, fitness, bodybuilding people or people that work hard
