Not for small noses
I liked the look of the pot and it is well made. However when I tried to use it I found the spout was too wide for my nostrils. I was able to still use it by just holding it against my nose but it did make it more tricky. If you have a larger nose it's probably fine! And much nicer and more hygienic than the plastic ones.

Everyone should try !!
After researching which method works best for people and YouTube I decided on a neti pot and it’s life changing as my bunged up nose gave me headaches and made me snore getting a sore throat in the process!! Easy to master and brilliant I can breathe easy feeling!!!! Definitely recommend and this neti pot is good to look at as well as performing a good seal !!
