I cant give this a high review overall like I had hoped. Google reviews were high for this brand, all the features it provides is excellent as well. Picture is fabulous, alarm option is great for at night. Night vision is also great! Audio works well both on the camera and on the recording.This brings me to the purpose of my buying this camera, and why such a low overall rating. We have had a huge rise in crime over the last several months, our entire street was shot up with BB guns destroying many vehicles especially their windows.Upon buying and first using this camera, I would have given it a 5+ star rating. After getting into using a little bit, and realizing the struggle with trying to use it, I unfortunately cannot get that kind of a reading. In order to access your videos that have been recorded, you have to turn off your defense system just to access the videos. Now this can be a conflicting problem considering if you're not home at the exact time that you're trying to watch the videos something could be going on at the exact time you're trying to watch the videos but you're not recording it because you can't do two things at once. Furthermore when trying to access the video right away the system takes so long to finally pull the video up on live view, that your entire house can get up and walk away before the video finally pulls up. I don't know why this is so slow but this phone is of the video is a huge problem I love the quality I love everything about the camera, but it does me absolutely no good when it takes so long to pull up the video.

UPDATE 2: I have had this camera since January 2019. It doesn’t even last 6 months. UPDATE: this camera is a piece of junk. The night vision is supposed to be in color. The picture quality is the worst I’ve ever seen. Pitch black in night time color mode.UPDATE 7/4/19– camera would reboot itself about 20 times a day. But today it stopped working after 6 1/2 months. I see they’re charging $49 for a camera that’s not worth $1.00 buy different brand. It will only allow you to login into one device only otherwise it disconnects from other device.also the computer app and phone app are terrible. See the picture. It’s been like this for 2 days.

Worked fine for 36 days, now it's a paper weight !!! I don't give bad reviews unless really needed this is worthless, try another camera DO NOT WASTE your Money on this one, why be SORRY you did, like myself and others !!! Enough said *%^#!! Oh the Why , It wouldn't Pair with Phone any more .... no matter how I tried to connect with Internet (3 ways) it would not stay connected more than 30 seconds and go offline !! Okay that's It ....

This is great. Cheap camera with a Spot light and color night vision !! All other bad reviews about this product are from peopple that don't know how to install this. If you install as a Stand alone camera you have to be near it , so if you are not, expect frequent disconnects . Works very well trough Router WiFi , but if your route has 5mhz band , turn it off, use 2.4 and you are all set , you can add many cameras in the same App if done like this
