The Schmetz microtex sharp sewing machine needles arrived securely wrapped. They fit my Singer 44S HD machine. I used this needle for microfiber pillow case repair and it worked great. No big holes and nice stitching. I highly recommend this brand.

This order was well packaged, arrived very quickly and is as described. Where else could I get five packages for the price listed? I read another review that mentioned she uses these needles for applique and I do a lot of satin stitch applique. I have been using universal 60/8, but microtex are sharper and I think will do equally as good a job as universal if not better. I am very happy with my purchase.

These are an OK value. I use them for applique quilting. They seem to break more often than I would expect them to, but I just started quilting again when we were in COVID-19 lockdown so I don't remember how often I had issues with other quitting needles.
