Great taste, a bit expensive though

Although I have this Organic XVOO 5 stars, buyer beware that the current batch of 2 bottles I received were 22/23 harvest and has an expiration date of 04/2025. I don’t care because I can store them in the fridge and I will finish them by the end of summer. I did open them and still taste very fresh and delicious. It has a bright clean flavor and a good peppery finish on the back of the throat. It’s an estate grown single origin olive that they use and I believe the polyphenol count must pretty decent. It’s not as high as my 700+ Italian XVOO, but it seems to be 350-400 or more. I wanted something just like this because I needed something better than ATLAS XVOO (I think that brand is illegally cut with another oil because I keep my XVOO’s in the refrigerator and it is the only brand out of the 4 that won’t solidify completely 🤔🤔) and the ATLAS brand is a mix of olives and has a black olive fruity flavor. This one will is perfect for frying too. Will buy again.

Strong taste, feels unfiltered, thick and green. I often get it in the big metal cans, too, and they are messy, but still worth it. The bottles are more convenient if you don't mind the slight difference in price. The product seems the same in cans and bottles. Very happy with this oil, eating it every day for years.

It's not the best olive oil out there. For top grade olive oil expect to pay about $30 per pint. But at this price, it's worth it because it's better than any you'll find in a supermarket. I first discovered it being sold in a pizzeria in NYC and purchased it a few times before they ran out of stock. Glad I found it on Amazon.

You will never buy another brand of imported extra virgin Italian olive oil. All of our friends are now buying it too.

I Love this oil! I've been buying it for years now. This is a very reasonable price for what it is, Organic & Unfiltered EVOO. The flavor is lovely and it just ticks all the boxes. Being Unfiltered, it has more phytonutrients than a filtered oil. It's just a bit less 'processed' - I appreciate minimal processing in everything I use to nurture my body.

Love the flavor and color. I cook with it, make dressings, have a swig to take oil soluable vitamins, put it on my face. Sent one to my son. He loves it too. All around great priduct in our opinion.
