Happy to report that the quality has not changed over time, one bit.
LOVE IT! Very aromatic and excellent flavor. Just corny enough, not over powering. So far, have made Red Chili Pork Tamales PERFECT!! and Arepas, also PERFECT!!! Not one criticism or complaint. I've used this in the past and am very happy to report that the quality has not changed over time, one bit.

Tasty Corn Flour
The flour is very fresh and arrived fast. It delivers an EXCELLENT taste. Very easy to use: just add a little water to make a paste (or thinner version of a paste) and add this to your chili or whatever other dish you're making. It's delicious!

Recipe adjustment
Made great tortillas! Recipe is correct but method wrong. Don't follow the instructions. I added a tsp of salt to the mix (Dealer's Choice) then added the water. Knead for 5 minutes after making dough and let rest for another 30 under a towel in bowl.

¡Viva Maseca!
For those who feel that wheat tortillas just don't taste right, the reason is because they are not made with Maseca. There are few things more delicious than fresh, warm corn tortillas. Over the years it has been difficult to find in Canada, and I am now delighted to be able to buy it through Amazon dot com.

Great for tamales
I use this masa to make tamales. Masa isn't always easy to get in my area, and I really like this brand. It has the recipe for the masa portion of tamales on the back of the package.

Easy and delicious
Fresh tortillas are the best. If you don't live somewhere close to a grocery store that makes their own corn tortillas daily, this is the answer. You can make exactly how many needed just by adding water.
