Feel its working
Not really a tablet you can tell with, however Im on my second bottle and I have to say trying to be polite that whilst taking the first bottle i seemed to be evacuating a lot more fat than usual. As diet is a swear word to me its not that.

Good alternative to the spreads.
Bought these as my husband doesn't like the cholesterol lowering spreads. Seem to be very good.

It was melted into a solid block and smelled awful.

Hard to swallow
For me I found the shape, size and outer coating a little ‘sticky’ which made them slightly awkward to swallow.

Need to take responsibility and list the sterol complex ingredients. Otherwise I come buying a placebo.
