Comfortable but alters your balance
We have had to wear footwear in the Dojo since returning to training due to COVID. I prefer to train bare footed but it's not my decision.These shoes are well made and fit well however the sole is quite narrow which in turn affects balance. The soles do allow pivoting so technique isn't compromised. Hopefully, it won't be long before we are barefooted once again!

Sizes Too Small!
I gave a three as when they are the correct size, they are good. However, I am a Men's UK6.5, so I ordered a UK7. They were far too small, so please keep that in mind when purchasing.

Good Shoes For Kickboxing
Very comfortable shoes to use in kickboxing. I am a size 10 shoe and the size 10 fits my feet perfectly. Good ability to move in and have decent grip.

Poor quality Blitz training shoes
The shoes were used 4 times for training in kick boxing. They are of poor quality and the stitches and elastic have separated and no longer fit for use

Comfortable but slippy
Product is great as a coach to train in, can be sloppy training kata in them but as a coach it's fine for demonstrating and keeps your feet warm
