Sturdy and great protection
I have been using this umbrella for 5 years now. Well-made, excellent protection against sun and rain. Tad heavy but is expected for the size. Overall, please with this product and would highly recommend it.

Backup for wedding
Thankfully I didn’t need to use it but I bought this when I saw rain in the forecast for my wedding day. It would have been perfect if it did rain, it was exactly as advertised. It also included a shoulder strap!

Huge, well-built, and easy to use - great value for the money so far
I've had this umbrella for a few weeks now as a replacement to another umbrella - also bought on Amazon - that was unceremoniously stolen. I've only had a need for it a few times so it hasn't been extensively tested, but thus far I'm extremely happy with the purchase. This thing is HUGE (I went for the 68" version), which I consider to be a plus primarily but which some people might see as a downside, primarily due to its reduced portability. Definitely worth the cost in my opinion, though with umbrellas their true "value" usually becomes more apparent as they get used more and more, and this one just hasn't had the opportunity to be used enough yet.A couple of comments:- As I mentioned, this thing is HUGE. You can easily fit two people under this umbrella with plenty of space to spare. The downside is that, even when folded up, the umbrella is quite large and can function well as a walking stick of sorts (just to get a sense of the size). This is definitely not the kind of umbrella that is easily going to fit into a bag. The included carrying case with a shoulder strap makes it a bit easier to carry around, but for those looking for something that you can easily throw into a bag, this definitely isn't the umbrella for you.- Construction appears to be solid overall, but often the durability of an umbrella doesn't become clear until it's been put through its paces. The release button works well with smooth deployment of the umbrella, and it survived fairly strong winds without caving or being flipped out. I'm sure the venting helps with the latter. It's quite lightweight which makes me somewhat worried about durability, but we'll see. The handle feels like it has an artificial rubber-like coating which I wish was a bit "mushier" for lack of a better word - it doesn't have the most grip, particularly when your hands are wet. Not a deal-breaker, but perhaps a potential point of improvement for the next model.- In addition to the handle issue mentioned above, my biggest complaint is that the cover is, in my opinion, a bit too small. It worked well when the umbrella initially shipped (and was very tightly wrapped), but even when trying to wrap it tightly using the included velcro straps, it really requires some work to get back into the cover once you're done using it. It took me a good minute to get it back in once I'm done using it. I tend to just throw the cover into my bag and leave the umbrella uncovered until I know I'm done with it for the day as it's too much of a pain to put it back into the cover. I don't see this as a huge problem - the cover wasn't something I was specifically looking for - but something to be aware of if a functioning cover is important to you.As I mentioned above, this is well worth the cost in my opinion... while you can certainly get cheaper umbrellas, cheaper models inevitably fail, often sooner rather than later. Of course, this umbrella could very well have the same fate - and if I have any issues over the long-term, I'll update this review - but my initial impressions are quite positive. If, like me, you're looking at a huge umbrella, consider this model!

It's great when walking in the wind
This is a heavier, larger umbrella than I'm used to and I'm only medium in height, the reason I don't use it too much. We tend to have a lot of wind here and a lot of rain as well, so I need something that isn't going to turn inside out when there are more than a few puffs of wind while I'm walking. It's great for that. This is a very good umbrella, probably perfect for a larger person than I am.

Imploded after only 3 uses.
Umbrella seemed like it was well made.Used it 3 times and it imploded under moderately challenging wind and rain conditions.Seller said it had a 30 day warranty.Expensive umbrella to fall apart after using it only 3 times and it will be my last umbrella I ever buy.Amazon was no help in this matter either.Disappointing in every way.

Looks good.
Geez, I just got it. Maybe ask for reviews at least 6 months from the time of purchase. Need to use and abuse product to see how the quality holds up. One hand operation looks cool. But lole i said. Time will tell if this product holds up.

Great for the golf bag addition. Used it the first day I owned it and it is very sturdy against the wind.
