I found this product at a local store last year, I decided to give it a try because as I am aging well, my skin definitely needs a little more attention. (I’m not big on serums and stick to a pretty simple skincare regimen). It wasn’t until I ran out that I realized how amazing this product was. My skin was a little duller and my dry patches were back. I bought another serum with retinol and used it for a month and it did nothing. I saw no difference. I googled this product and found it, and in less than a week my dry patches are gone again. I use it every morning after washing and before sunscreen and moisturizer. I rarely give written reviews but I swear by this product and it will forever be a part of my skincare routine.

First found this at TJ Maxx and really liked it. I use it at night under my night cream. I do notice a difference! smoother appearance, brighter ands less visible wrinkles. I also use this brand's Glycolic Acid ands Hydraulic Acid which work well, but the Lactic Acid is the best to me. I use it nightly, emulsifying it in my fingers first then blotting it all over my face, mostly focusing on under eye, forehead and wrinkle lines. I really like like it! I've never felt any stinging or burning, no irritation at all. Glides on like a thicker water, absorbs well.

Absolutely love it! My skin has always responded very well to lactic acid, like what you find in goats milk lotions and cleansers. I have eczema and rosacea and sensitive skin, obviously. Lactic acid is supposed to help with skin cell turn over therefore helping eczema. And that’s been true for me. I never used a lactic acid serum on my face before but my friend had mentioned that she was going to try it. She has similar skin problems. I noticed immediate differences. Softer texture, reduced redness. I will say that it made my skin feel tighter and drier. I followed it up with a light lotion with hyaluronic acid and I might need to do something heavier than that. It feels dry around the mouth. However, I have to say the product definitely delivers. I’ll be using this for a while to see how it does. It also feels like it toned down the little bumps from peach fuzz hair trying to grow back after waxing.

I originally purchased this to use in a lip roller. I ended up using it twice daily as the first step of my skincare routine (after cleansing and toning). It is the perfect serum as it hydrates and plumps my skin. Very impressed—it is a keeper!

Bottle was sealed but only about 75% full. Returned for refund. Not worth the money if I'm not getting a full bottle.

I just purchased my 4th or 5th bottle. I now have dry skin which used to be a combination skin type. My husband came across an article about this acid and I decided to try. Considering that at the moment I use nothing but this product it WORKS even for my very dry dehydrated skin. I love it and plan on using it for a long time. Value is incredible! I use it at night but only for the reason that my puffy eye morning treatment cannot be used in combination with any creams. This product, Semantika and my eye lid cream make my face look like I had a surgical face lift.

2nd bottle is completely different from the 1st bottle. This bottle has a scent even though no fragrance is listed and it does not work at all. The 1st bottle’s formula made my skin look less wrinkled immediately after application. This 2nd bottle does nothing but add fragrance to my face which I don’t want. Such a shame because the 1st bottle was great. It’s a completely different product now and I don’t think we can trust the ingredient list to be accurate. Amazon needs to do better about verifying products.
