It Works!
I purchased this PSU to upgrade from a 235W unit in an Optiplex 360 Desktop PC. It arrived quickly and was carefully packed. The unit was very clean, exactly what I'd expect for the "Certified Refurbished" designation. I've been using it for almost two weeks without any problems.

NO POSSIBLE WAY TO INSTALL IN A DELL OPTIFLEX 745 AS STATED.
Mounting holes do not match. Only has one connection that would reach the motherboard intended location. All other connections are too short. Would not trust this supplier because the differences are obvious that someone took a guess in sending it. My first real disappointment in a Amazon purchase.
