Loved the necklace. The menstrual cycle app is very basic and only useful for women with perfect cycle.

The Leaf Chakra works ok (with some limitations) until you need to change the battery - mine hasn’t worked since then, because the clip loosens and doesn’t hold the battery in contact even when tightly screwed in. We experimented and holding the battery down manually without the clip allows the Leaf to sync, but as soon as you reassemble the device, it stops working. I have contacted customer services several times, but none of their advice is of any use. The Leaf Chakra is a total waste of money!

I loved this device, I hate wearing things on my wrist so being able to clip it on to a top or jeans was perfect. Initially it worked great, accurately tracking my steps and sleep.However, my device is just over a month old and it’s not tracking anything. I’ll go a day with lots of walking and it tracks nothing, but another day it will track something. Bellabeat support have had me try lots of things but it’s still happening, and they can’t refund/replace the device as I bought via Amazon - and I’m just outside the returns policy! What a waste of £70. Just buy a Fitbit, there’s a reason they’re more popular.

I have had a Bellabeat for almost 5 years now, I am contemplating getting a replacement Leaf or Chakra for mine, the thing about the Bellabeat is when the synch stops working, you need to change the battery and resynch, if you have dropped it, you need to check the battery and resynch.I am currently torn between getting a replacement and a fit tracking watch, but the watches doesn't have the classy feel that the Bellabeat does.

I bought this hoping to wear it as a bracelet, only to realise that this particular model can only be worn as a necklace or clipped onto your clothes. As Bellabeats states this health tracker can be warn multiple ways, etc, necklaces, clipped onto clothes or as a bracelet, I did not realise that that depended on what model you actually own. So due to confusing advertising, I've now wasted a lot of money on something I personally will not be able to use.
