Ok, so the shoes look great. I love them, but they are too big. I wear size 9. All my shoes are size 9 but when I tried these on, they definitely wouldn’t fit so I tried to reach out to 3DM customer service. 4 days later they told me they would exchange them. I tried to do this through Amazon but since I bought them through 3DM (on Amazon) it wouldn’t let me. So I reached out to 3DM again and finally 5 days later they said I can’t and that I have to return and pay a higher price. Even though the quality of the shoe APPEARS good, probably won’t ever buy anything from them again.
