Nuance Dragon Medical Practice Edition 4 with Powermic III for Windows (Microphone with 3 Foot Cable)

This product is amazing and should be a staple for all medical providers who end up spending more time writing about their patients that they can spend seeing them. It is a super fast setup, it has dot-phrase like commands, makes billing easy, and most of all, it is extremely accurate when dictating notes. It has a function allowing you to carry around near any voice recorder and dictate while on rounds. It then up-loads and transcribes the dictation into a note. This function makes the HPI super fast and accurate after seeing 14 plus patients. I wish I would have purchased this gem years ago. There has been nothing in a note that cannot be transcribed faster with this sofetware.

Why does this have to be so expensive? Put the word medical in the title and charge so much more. Seems to happen with the word “wedding” and “baby” as well. Oh well. It does work the vast majority of the time. And it saves me a lot of time as it keeps from having to type as much. So worth it to me.
