My favorite non dairy creamer! Super creamy and froths well. Not too sweet, but a fully body taste and perfect for coffee or espresso bevs. I started using this at home with my espresso machine as I noticed all of my favorite cafés use this creamer. I am also lactose intolerant and sometimes am sensitive to certain non dairy products, but I haven’t had any problems with this creamer! Good for a long time in the fridge and well worth the price.

Very good and easy to make your favor home coffee without going out

I'm not eating dairy but need to have my coffee but couldn't have it with milk or cream. I have tried all different organic almond milk and creamers but they were all too watery or unpleasant tasting. This Califia Farms Original Barista Almond Milk is the only thing I will ever use in my coffee again. It is just the right consistency for coffee drinks. It also froths beautifully and the flavor is very mild. I also use it when making cream sauces. My granddaughter uses it in her cereal and for making chocolate milk.

First off, I noticed many people are confusing this with coffee creamer but I don't really understand why. The page literally says Almondmilk? What about that screams creamer, I have no idea. But needless to say, this is NOT coffee creamer, it is plain almondmilk, which just happens to have a creamy consistency. Califia Farms has other products that are in fact advertised as creamers, please buy that.On to the actual product, it's wonderful. The taste is where it's at. It is smooth, and not grainy like many almondmilk's can be. However, I will say that the foaming capacity of the milk is not really there. I use a Nespresso foamer and it makes the tiniest amount of foam. So, this is great for just plain lattes or milk for cereal/oatmeal/whatever. Best part about this is the taste and the ingredients. They're as minimal as can be for typical almondmilk's.

This is amazing for (iced or hot) lattes, cortados and cappuccinos! It froths really well but is just as tasty over ice. Bluestone Lane’s espresso pairs wonderfully and they actually use this exact milk in all their NYC cafés which is how I found out about it. The misdirected reviews of people complaining that this isn’t a coffee creamer crack me up. Like, where exactly did this product claim to serve that purpose? Claifia literally has a product with the word “creamer” in a big bold font on the front label and clearly this is not that product.

I bought this to use in my milk frother, regular almond milk doesn't get frothy at all. I like to make lattes and hope to learn latte art soon. I like the consistency out of the frother, just right for lattes maybe a little too frothy. But the taste was awful, by itself the milk is alright. The after taste is better than the upfront flavor but once frothed it tastes only of the dry almond no creaminess. Like chewing on dried out almonds, so this is a pass. I'll use the rest for latte art tests. I've also tried the oat barista milk which is actually drinkable, at least for my taste.

I make a cappucino or some other coffee drink every morning and have used this exclusively for the last several months. It's hard to find so I was happy to see it from Whole Foods via delivery.It's tasty and just right for frothy drinks or a flat white.

Foams great for Cappuccino!I am thrilled with the result. I have tried several other almond milks and none of them worked. so I am very happy with these results of Barista blend.I am using a small nespresso milk frother.
