I am happy this product is organic. It is way darker in the photo so I could not use it things that were light coloured.The flavour is good and I certainly will not consumed processed sugaf after using this.I have date powder to compare and it is lighter in colour and a bit more sweeter than this product. Nonetheless I will buy a bigger bag to get value for my money.

This product was OKAY, maybe this says more about my sweet tooth but I bought this as an alternative to sugar and although it is toffee like I didn’t find it to be very sweet. This may be my personal palate.

I got this as an alternative to sugar to have in coffee but is very grainy. However it works well in baking and to sweeten savoury recipes.

Perfect healthy sugar substitute for cooking. Would highly recommend it in baking, crumbles, etc.

Used instead of cane sugar to make up batches of crumble crumbs to keep in the freezer. Works well, although think it cooks quicker. Will be trying in other baking and will definitely buy again.
