I purchased this item in 2023 and am still using it today. This first version of the orthopedic belt is well made and has a grip that resists over time so it does not tend to loosen its grip over time. I would definitely recommend it to those who have problems with frequent lower back pain because this belt drastically reduces the use of anti-inflammatories and painkillers. I still recommend continuing with stretching exercises to best maintain your back.

I have SI joint pain and have used the Serola belt but felt that it wasn’t wide enough so I gave this one a try. This belt is perfect!! It’s soft and comfortable to wear under or over clothes. I’ve worn it sitting at my desk all day amd was comfortable, not constricting at all. I also like that the 2 bands on the side are adjustable depending on the width you might need.

I have severe pain in my butt and thighs from spinal stenosis. I was hoping for better pain relief from this belt, but I’m realistic as well. The belt is comfortable and I like that I can wear it low, but it doesn’t help my pain much. I guess each case is different. I will continue to use it as it does take the edge off just a bit and I noticed it does give support. I advise you to give it a try. I’m sure it’s not the belt’s fault that I am still in pain. Anything is worth a try when you are hurting.

I've gone through at least four types of back support braces -- those with rigidity inserts, multiple layers of elastic, and even complete torso coverage. The total torso version does provide exceptional support, but it feels like I'm in a full body cast (and it takes forever to put on and take off).This brace, which is the smallest of all those I've tried, is the most effective. I can wear it all day without feeling "strapped in," it's easy to put on and take off (a real consideration when it's time to use the loo), and it was the least expensive of the lot.Of course, it's strictly for sacroiliac pain. If you've got lumbar pain higher up, it probably won't help much, if at all. There are other devices from companies like Mueller that work well for that area of the back (I own those, too, and they worked extremely well until my spine decided to find a new place to generate pain).

I'm not sure what these belts are supposed to do to help with sacroiliac support. This is the second belt I've purchased (the other from a different company) It is very awkward to wear over clothes and did not help. I tried it under my clothes and it was bulky and would slip up to my waist. I'm going to take it to my doctor for advice.

Despite the recommendations from customer reviews to size up due to the product running small, I found that the XL-XXL size I purchased was too big for me.I decided to write an email to the after-sales team, and Jenny responded quickly, offering me either a size change or a full refund. After wearing the belt for two days, my hip felt significantly better, so I told Jenny to ship me a regular size.Within one week, I received the regular size belt, and it fits perfectly. I give five stars for the after-sales service! And the belt works wonderfully.

My sacroiliitis has been painful and disabling. This belt does not cure it but does provide support and compression which feels good and eases the pain

Didn’t fit even though I got the larger size per information. I wore it a couple of times and didn’t support the way I expected it to.
