I like the older version of Quicken Rental Property software
Personally, I like the older version of Quicken Rental Property software. Unfortunately for me, they wanted to update everything except older versions. Product is good, and pretty easy to navigate. My only complaint is that it almost offers too much, but that's me being picky.If your in the market for easier management for a Rental Property, then trust this s software to help! I'll also mention, this is by far the more affordable seller on Amazon for this product!

Not as advertised.
Was replacing an older version I had used for almost 9 years and quit working. Was not able to print any reports or tenants. Used to manage a 20 unit apartment building. Researched for hours and felt this would do the same job. When installing it merged with my personal Quicken software and is totally useless. Comments on other sites had the same problems with older version about printing. Is titled Rental Property Manager which I assumed should only be for income and expenses of rentals not to include personal information. Title misleading.

It is more complicated than I need.
This has so many things I don't need. I am still using a older version that is simple and gives me all I need but it will only run on one computer with a older version of windows.

Difficult to Use
I purchased this to help to create book keeping for managing apartment units. This program is not intuitive. Maybe better for people with advanced computer program knowledge.

Buyer will need a Patch in order for this product to work.
The description of this product did not tell you that it does not work without a "Patch". My IT director explained to me that it has a "crack" which could cause problems with your computer.
