Love oral-b tooth brushes. The 7000 probably has too many unnecessary features like Bluetooth, and the accessories are not really useful, but it's still the best electric tooth brush you can buy. The charger says 110v but it charges in India (!) not sure if it's going to be a problem

I bought this believing that it is from a reputable brand, so, it would provide long-lasting performance. Unfortunately, after just 3-4 months of use, the battery's condition has deteriorated significantly, almost rendering it useless. The charging process now takes more than 24 hours, and once fully charged, it can only last for 2-3 uses before running out of power again.I had high expectations for this toothbrush, assuming it would be durable and reliable due to its reputed brand. However, the short battery life and extended charging time have been major disappointments. The inconvenience of having to wait an entire day for it to charge and then experiencing it deplete after just a few uses has been frustrating. This experience has left me questioning the quality of products from Oral B.

I've had the same issue. The box was delivered and when I opened, I found it to be of 110V and so it would not work in India. The next thing to do was to order a voltage step down adapter and I ordered the "Maxcon Voltage Converter 220 To 110V (65 Watt) Step Down" from Amazon. Received the adapter yesterday and plugged in the charger to find that my brush is not charging. Total waste and am not getting any support from the seller - just plain generic replies that our product ships from US and the country uses 110V. OK...I got the adapter to correct the voltage, but still it does not charge - now WHAT??
