The Best I’ve seen
I needed to replace my old med minder, because the individual lids for each dose would no longer stay shut. This led to many dropped pills. I have a lot of meds I must take 4 times a day. Filling this med minder weekly keeps me from missing doses—but it’s always been a pain. So when I needed still another box, researched my options thoroughly. When I first began using one (in 1995!), my options were very limited. But now? Well, I spent many hours considering my options. I have found this one to be the best for my purposes. Best of all? I’m able to fill it in 2 to 30 minutes a week. It used to take me at least an hour. Why, you ask?First of all, all the lids come off (this one for ease of filling. Previously, each little lid for each dose had to be held open to add each medication. Now I can hold several of a given medication for each dose, dropping one in each cavity for that time of day very quickly. Then repeat as often as necessary to complete all of my doses in the correct cavity. When done, all I need to do is replace the 4 strips of connected lids—and I m done! It’s that simple.Other versions have all the doses for each day connected, , rather than just the lidsfor each dose’s time of day. This one works best for me, since I’m usually home; others may want the type connected by the day so they can remove one day’s doses at a time to go with them throughout their day.The only critique I have is that the lowest level of lids don’t close quite as well as the others. To my knowledge, all versions of these have plastic lids that will loosen over time requiring replacement eventually. So I expect that the bedtime lids will need replacement sooner than the others. I really wish that I had returned this particular item for another like it which has all secure lids. Honestly, I didn’t realize how much difference there is and, and frankly, forgot until it was too late to return. That’s on me, not the seller. Otherwise, this item is perfect for my needs. I recommend any of this manufacturer’s similar products. This is my opinion, based on 24* years of experience with various ways to keep track of my many medications. I was not paid to write this review.

Great Case
Excellent pill caddy for traveling as well as for at home. Large enough to hold a number of medications and it snaps shut securely. I just love it!!

Flaps not for long-term use
This worked great until the small lid flaps started to fall off. Lasted about six months.

Arrived broken and the lids do not snap solidly closed
Ok, I have had a pill sorter like this for years that I bought at a local drug store. We loved it because the pill flaps would come off completely making for easy sorting. But a handling mistake tore one on the flaps off. We needed a new sorter. It takes a lot longer when you can't take the tops off to sort a weeks worth of pills. So when we found this item, superficially similar on Amazon, we said, "Great!"But it was not so great. First off, one of the lids had been ripped off at some point in manufacturing. It was not caught in inspection, assuming they inspect at all.The removable lids are one kind of plastic, maybe a hard tpu (in consistency, it is not rubbery like tpu), the base is another, maybe ABS, neither is marked for recycling so I have no idea in actuality, but one is slightly soft (lids), one is harder (base). The soft plastic lids fit into the hard plastic base with an interference fit. The new or old lids would fit our old base solidly and snap in as well as they ever did. Neither the new or old lids would fit the new base so that they snapped down solidly. The new bases were made with either a worn mold or a plastic that didn't shrink as much when it was removed from the injection process...or the mold was remade by a mold maker who didn't know how to allow for the vagaries of plastic manufacturing. Or something. The eventual point is that the caps do not stay down. So, the end result is that the new base and two lids are going in the landfill, we are using the old chipped base and using the new lids as parts. If we didn't have the new base this would have required a return even if it had arrived intact because keeping the lids down was kind of a joke.

This is the BEST one!
If you have a bunch of pills and vitamins to load up, this is the one for you! All the covers come off and face the same direction. You can line up another one and load two weeks worth of vitamins. It takes the fairly large ones like coconut oil and multivitamin with room for more. After 5 years the lid may get loose and the print wears down so you gotta remember where you got this good one! Drug stores carry ones with lid flips going the opposite way for each time of day - this is cumbersome - it takes longer to fill up when you have to fool with that nonsense - and theirs cost more!! I put this is a zip lock bag for travel to be sure it stays all closed up. My grandkids are taller than me so they won't get into this, for little ones you'd have to do your regular pill security.Ok, I've loaded one week's meds and the fastening clasp on each cupe is BERY TIGHT - I used a bottle opener to open it up the first timeI hope it loosens, but tight is better than loose. Otherwise this is great.

Pill Case
This rascal is hard to open the lids of each compartment, especially if you have arthritis in your fingers. Other than that it is handy and easily filled.
