Mym Derma Pen With Two Cartridges, 340 Grams

My cousin has the Dr. Pen and I wanted one but it was a bit expensive. This was 1/3rd the price and it works brilliantly. I've only used it twice (once a month), exhausting all the cartridges it came with, and the results are already noticeable. I had a crease/wrinkle on my forehead and it's practically gone now! I messed up the first time by not "stamping" my enlarged pores, but corrected for that upon the second session and even those have diminished somewhat. Get some lignocaine cream to numb your face if you're going to "stamp" affected areas beyond a needle depth of 1mm. I used to use the dns Derma roller (which I still maintain is great value for money and works excellently) but you can't realistically exceed a 0.5mm needle depth with it. This was a great upgrade, looks cheap but works great. Though the finish of the product is wanting, but I'm more concerned about the look I attain by using it.

guys for everyone those who commented negatively and who r planning to buy i wanna say this..actually i had the same prblm it wrkd once and after that it stopped wrkng then i changed the adapter and inserted my mobile adapter it wrkd awesome..the prblm is in the adapter not in the dermapen those who had same prblm try this....the machine is not faulty but the fault is in the charger which they r giving so u can buy a charger from outside but the seller must be aware of this issue coz we all had the same prblm

The quality of the product is very bad. The needle size adjusting dial broke off. Do not waste money on this product.

Have used it only once and it performed as per my expectations. The dermapen has decent built quality and performs well. The package included 2 cartridges. For anyone buying replacement cartridges please make sure you get metal spring ones instead of silicone/rubber spring mechanism ones as they don't perform as good as the metal spring ones. I will update further it there are any issues in the future. A bit sceptical about its durability in the long run as quite a few other reviews mention the pen failing quite early. I will update my review in the event of any such occurrence.

I have used this Product 2-3 times and it's showed a little improvement..but after that it has stopped moving up and down . . Result was nice but it got issue in the machine.. Amazon, please exchange it. If one get good machine without any faults then it's good, otherwise...it's not worthy it.

To users who purchase derma roller products, please make sure you know how it works, why it is used and precautionary and hygiene factors while using any derma roller products. As far as this product is concerned, it works perfect. The product is delivered in a good case. The needle adjustments and the speed works simply good. I tried using the buttons rigorously and it worked all fine. Needles go up and down and effectively punctured the skin. Needle size 1 and above will pain and you need to use a topical gel to numb the skin. Cost efficient and works perfectly fine in rolling. If you use manual Derma rollers and want to switch to electric automating derma rolling pen, this is your cost effective purchase. Just go for it!

My charger was not working...

This derma pen will work as mentioned. You need to know at what speed & setting you want according to skin type. But be sure to use one needle cartridge for one person. They say you can sterilize it with sanitizer but in reality you cannot clean between the needles. You get 2 needles cartridges with the pack & need to buy more if you have to work on more than 2 people. Using same needles on different people will create infection & you will not get desired result.
