Smooth, Reliable, and Comfortable – A Perfect Everyday Pen!
I recently purchased the Cello Gripper 0.5 Ballpoint Pen, and I must say—it exceeded my expectations! The ink flows incredibly smoothly without any skips, making writing a joy whether it’s quick notes or longer journaling sessions. The 0.5 mm tip strikes a great balance between precision and readability. What really stands out is the rubberized grip—it’s soft, well-textured, and makes writing for extended periods comfortable and strain-free. The pen feels well-built yet lightweight, and I appreciate the clean look that fits well in both casual and professional settings.Highly recommended for students, professionals, or anyone who enjoys writing with a pen that just feels right. Will definitely be stocking up on more!

Good, but not without its defects.
Cello Grippers are great! They’re long-lasting, cheap and comfortable to hold. My only complaint is with the release of ink. In the beginning, the nib feels fine with a very thin jet of ink. But as you progress, the ink starts coming out thicker and thicker and often leaks. I wouldn’t recommend these to people who prefer writing with thin, non-leaky nibs. In that case, go for Cello Technotip.

Nostalgia & pragmatism.
This pen was quite popular in early 2000s - 2010, now its very hard to find it in stationery shops. While most popular student friendly ball pen were available for Rs 5 back in the day, this costed Rs 6, and had its own dedicated fanbase. This is a very odd pen in the sense that it is not a needle point pen yet it writes sharp with a decent level of smoothness. Usually needle points are known for their sharpness and fat tips give that extra smoothness. Only drawback is that since its now a low production pen some stock might be a hit and miss.
