I have used the same shower panel earlier. Bought this as a replacement to the old one which is 8 years old. If one is having proper tools, it's very easy to fix, otherwise a plumber may be needed.The shower panel is looking great in the black colour. All the functions like, bottom tap, hand shower, body jets and the main shower are working as expected. Good shower pressure can be felt if it is used with a pressure pump.Quality of the panel material, paint quality and all the other components are very good. This panel comes as an assembly except for the hand shower and the main shower. All the required components are kept inside the main package in a small box. Overall it's a value for money product.

Good product

I've used the shower panel for a year and its worked fine however dirt collects in the pipes behind the panel and the showerhead nozzles. Recently the hot water from the shower started emitting a bad smell. I contacted Jaaz who sent a service engineer, he cleaned the shower nozzles and the pipe to the showerhead but did not remove the panel and clean the pipes behind it. He asked me to give it a day or two and see whether the problem is solved and if not to let him know. He charged me ₹ 1500 as service charge. 2 days later when the bad smell remained, he came over again and this time cleaned the pipes behind the panel which solved the problem. However he said I needed to pay service charges again. I contacted Jazz customer service who eventually asked me to pay an additional ₹500 This is unprofessional and unethical. Had a thorough service been done the first time it would not have required a second visit. And since it was Jazz & their service technician's choice to make multiple visits to fix the same problem, I should not have been charged additionally. Consider this before you buy a Jazz product.

So far so good … no issue… water flow is good based the piping connected to the tank .quality good. Especially the cover on stainless pipe is far better . That protects the pipe from getting rusted. Over all its very good..

I have been using the shower panel/set for about 6 months now , works fine without any complaints till date.Though width is smaller than standard ones...but good enough.

The coating layer is pealing off within 5 months... Bad quality.

Product was quite OK not gud in pressure but at this amount its OK

Excellent Product. I highly recommend. Water pressure is must for this product to work properly. Maintenance & Cleaning is going to be little tough.
