It's OK
I wanted to like these. The idea of having some electrolytes on long runs was appealing. I think these taste a bit salty, and I find I have to drink water to wash it down. The biggest mistake I made was to order the regular product. I'd consider using these again, but I thought they all had the same ingredients as the "Energy" nuun. If I'm going to drink this salty swill, I might as well get some vitamins and caffeine. (Just to clarify, I'm not deducting a star for this, it was my mistake to buy the wrong kind). If you're taking this on a run or bike ride, you'll probably want to mix it before you go - it takes about 2 minutes for the tab to full dissolve in water. It's a little bit fizzy, so that could be a deal-breaker for some people. The strawberry lemonade tastes ok (other than the saltiness). I wouldn't drink it in any context other than mid or immediately post long runs. If you're still interested, I'd get the energy tabs instead of the normal ones.

A pretty good Nuun
This review is just for the Kona Cola flavor. My wife and I love Nuun, and use them when working out or just when we want something refreshing to drink. The Kona tablets are pretty good - the cola flavor is mild but authentic, and it has just a bit of sweetness. It's also one of two Nuun tabs that have caffeine, the other being an Arnold Palmer flavor that I have not had, but have read is not as good. The 20mg of caffeine is not a lot (according to the Mayo Clinic's website, an 8 oz serving of coffee is 100-200mg), but that little bit of boost can help with a long workout. The cola flavor DOES turn your drink light brown. It also, for whatever reason, takes a LOT longer to dissolve than other flavors. I've tested this side by side: lame for sure, but wanted to be sure I wasn't crazy.Top flavors of Nuun are Strawberry Lemonade and Triberry. I'd call this a Tier 2 flavor. If you go through as much Nuun as we do, get if for the variety and the caffeine.

One for the road...
I discovered Nuun only recently while riding the 2011 edition of RAGBRAI. The Nuun folks had booth set up at the start town and were giving out sample drinks. I gave the flavors they had on hand a try and was pleasantly surprised by the subtle flavor. I picked up a few tubes for our ride across Iowa and used the product about every fourth or fifth bottle of water for the next 450 miles. The weather this summer was brutal, 95-105F every day with high humidity. I was well hydrated the whole time and never felt I was in trouble. I can't definitely say this was due to the Nuun, but I'm glad I used it.I tried several different flavors and have discovered that my favorite is definitely the Orange. I also tried the Lemon-Lime, Citrus Fruit, and Lemon Tea (w/caffeine). They were all good but the orange flavor wins hands down for me - I think it's the hint of ginger. The only thing you need to watch for, IMHO, is letting the mixture warm up too much. Keep in mind that Nuun is slightly carbonated. If you drink half a bottle and then ride off, letting the liquid warm up, that, combined with the bouncing on the bike, will give you surprise when you open up the bottle the next time. It's best cool anyway (though warm it's a whole lot better than cloying carbo loaded drinks).Nuun has definitely become part of my cycling kit and I pretty much carry a tube everywhere, even when I'm not cycling.Aloha!

I've been buying nuun for over a year now and this is my favorite flavor. I have low blood pressure which leads to postural hypotension, (when your vision darkens and you feel light headed after standing up quickly, especially in hot weather). I've found by using nuun regularly it really helps to replenish electrolytes and decrease the symptoms. It also tastes great and makes me happy :) I've been using these and regularly ordering them for over a year. I really like the taste of most of nuun flavors. The only one I disliked and had to throw out was the watermelon flavor in the "new nuun".

Good stuff...
I use these religiously both in winter and summer. Rejuvenates the body consistently whenever my energy is low; it has served me well both during strenuous snow shoe hikes and hot summer hikes both. Even with warm canteen water the added carbonation-like fiz it brings to the water makes it taste way better. Tri-Berry is the only flavor I use. Also works good with chemically treated water (like iodine tablets) to help mask the chemical taste. Started out only using these while hiking but now every once in a while I need them for a pick-me up at home too/ good stuff. Keep 'em in your car, bug-out bag, backpack, wherever. I promise I'm not a salesperson for the company but I just highly recommend these :)

Nuun - love the convenience and the taste
I love Nuun and buying the bulk packages is a great way to save on cost (if this is a staple of your pantry). All my friends love my Nuun stash, and we use it for post running, to quench general thirst, and yes, it can really help with hangover management. The tubes travel wonderfully. I bring them in my dopp kit when I travel, in my gym back for road races, and the pocket of my snowpants when I'm out skiing. Very versatile, and gives a great taste to water without adding the calories of a sugary drink.

Fantastic product, but there are better flavors
I love Nuun tablets. I have dysautonomia, which makes it difficult for me to stay hydrated. Nuun tablets have helped me tremendously with hydration, and I love that they don't have a lot of artificial ingredients like other sports drinks. The only reason that I'm giving these four stars is the strawberry lemonade flavor - it's not as good as some of the other flavors that I have tried (lemon lime is definitely the best).

No orange flavor!!!
Not what I was expecting at all! Purchased the orange expecting a similar taste to PowerAde Zero orange. Wrong!!! Tastes more like Alka Seltzer! The medicine taste makes it very unpalatable. Tried diluting it down, but that didn't help either. Disappointed!

Great for rehydration
Nuun tablets are fab for rehydration. They taste great - I'm a big fan of the Triberry, Tropical, and Fruit Punch. Not as sweet as some other rehydration powders I've tried, which is a relief, and they are flat rather than slightly sparkling, which suits me better. Prompt delivery and product as described.
