My experience after 10 months with Zeepro Zim... So long and thanks for all the fish!
Update: I would not recommend this printer. Bumped down review due to imminent loss of functionailty and lack of support. As of July 2015, it appears Zeepro has gone out of business. Zeepro stopped responding to customer service and providing customer support. They have eliminated the ability to order replacement parts, filament, and printers from their website. No explanation was provided to the customer base. Since this printer relied heavily on network connectivity and Zeepro servers, it will not function correctly as a result. I've knocked my review down in view of recent events. Warranty coverage will not be honored, and parts will become hard to come by. In short, look elsewhere for a printer from a company that is still in business.

would NOT buy it again!
######18.July 2015: Zeepro has stoppet all Support and shipping of goods so you will NOT get any support from them again as it seems they are out of business. This printer does heavily need support and is NOT an open source printer you can repair and maintain yourself. It's your choice if you want to have a useless piece of (nice looking) metal in your workshop which does not work or you decide to go for another one!#######The design of this printer is very nice and also on the technical side it's remarkable good made - but it cannot do what's intended to to...On the start (Zeepro started as an Kickstarter campaign!) the guys had huge issues with lack of communication but the support has always been VERY helpful and also their communication improved a lot.About the printer itself:+ nice design+ print platform is removable via magnets+ WiFi connection+ dual head printing+ great support via their Freshdesk webpage+ you can upload your own gCodes now ( yeah! :-D )( - on the first batch the magnets for the top and bottom plate came off - solved now as far as I know! )- the filament cartridges are proprietary via RFID and rather expensiveUnfortunately this printer ONLY work with their soft proprietary filament and does NOT work with normal PLA at all - it simply lacks of pressure on the filament gear and is also (if you are skilled enough and do have a workshop) repairable. This was a common problem with the Open-Source RepRap printers years ago but was solved - but not at this printer. In the last two weeks I tried to print EVERY day and not even a single part was printed withour jamming the nozzle and ruining the print (I own 3 printers, developed and built several for others and this is the one with the most problems so far)So have a look on other printers which are fully OpenSource!

Prints OK... the vendor lock-in is what killed it.
[ Update 10-13-15] - Do not buy this unless you like to hack hardware and are able to fashion your own spare parts.I'll just list this as a series of bullet points to be concise:Pros:+ Nice aluminum frame+ bed lighting, integrated camera+ when it can be coaxed to print, it is capable of good prints.+ dual heads+ ethernet jack / wifi connectivityCons:[Update 10-13-15] - Company is out of business. Tragedy with the owner. No spare parts or warranty support is forthcoming[Update 10-13-15] - Cloud Slicer will go offline December 2015.- Locked-in format - G-Code upload is possible, but requires caution. They want you to use their interface.- The Cubieboard inside the machine only has 1GB of RAM. You absolutely cannot print detailed or dense-mesh objects on this printer if you use their built in slicer.- The bed is glass and requires you to put a printing substrate on (blue tape, glue stick, BuildTak, etc.)- Magnets holding the plates on fall off- Cartridge loading system is fatally flawed. IN order to get this machine to print you have to really hack the machine to get something usable.- cartridges are made of brittle plastic that do not survive for more than a few loads and reloads.- It is not plug and play.. like pretty much any other 3D Printer out there.- Dual head comes in misaligned. You have to align them because by default they smear colors over each other and then catch and tear off the previous printing layers.. You can also unscrew and remove a nozzle and use it as a single-head printer.- USB connector is superglued shut.Other observations:People have successfully hacked this printer to make it print with Octoprint connected via a Rapsberry Pi over USB. Keep in mind that the USB connector has been superglued shut so you will have to resolder another USB connector onto the mainboard inside the printer if you wish to take advantage of this.If you have bought this and cannot use the zeeproshare interface, open the printer up and edit the SD card you find plugged inside.Go to the folder labaled "conf" located on the root of the sdcard and remove the NeedActive.tmp file. (thanks to zeepro forums!) You can then use the printer with the included interface again while you find a way to resolder on a new USB port and get it hooked up to Octoprint.
