My Silverado was showing some rust on the rocker panels - these were easy to install, stay put and look great. Entire install took less than 45 minutes.

Truck looks a ton better with the rust covered. The fit was a bit awkward over disfigured metal, but I managed to make it work. These seem pricy for pieces of plastic, but they’re cheaper than body work and way cheaper than a new truck. Highly recommend.

These install easily and look pretty good. If you have a late model GM you already know the paint chips easily (primer seems to be bullet proof though). Gravel roads have had their way with my rockers and I had a few scratches on the door sills. After repainting the rockers I got these to take some of the abuse the rust belt has to offer. Time will tell but they seem to be of good quality and should handle the gravel, sand, salt and deicing compounds that usually beat up the rocker panels. Id like to have seen the mounting tape recessed a bit more so the edges were closer to the body but I suppose theres a tolerance there to account for vehicle and tape variations.

The good:Protection for two levels at the sill plate area.The outside and lower rocker get well protected as well.The plastic is almost a spot on match for the factory plastic.Cons: (as many have stated)These do not come with enough double sided tape, and the tape that is there is poorly adhered to it so you need to go through every inch of it and press it down. I added a lot of tape, to adhere them of course, but also to keep dirt and grime from getting underneath them.If you have running boards you will have to notch them in 8 spots at the lower rocker where the speed clip is. This is easy to do, yet annoying they never stated this.Soem areas on the edges are poorly form so you have to clean up areas.The area at the rear door/cab area really did t fit well, I ended up using a dremel with a 80 grit wheel to knock the area down to fit better.With the added mass of these at the door sills it is definitely interfering with the door lower weatherstrip, so the door is a little hard to close, and it could possible wear the weatherstrip down over time. (worth the trade off I suppose)

These things are awesome. Really does a superb job of encapsulating the rocker and door sill. Definitely need a lot of alcohol to prep the surface after washing to make sure the areas are completely clean and devoid of wax and silicones etc. Once prepped, the 3M tape sticks great and does a great job. I think they may interfere with steps, but don't know as I don't have any. Have a slightly lifted truck, but I am tall enough I don't need a step.

Easy to install, looks great

Concept looks good but fitment is poor. Bottom of doors rub on covers. Passenger side did not fit properly, did not follow shape of door sill very well.

The product look nice but did not fit. I re-order Bushwacker 14067, and this one fits not perfectly it was easy to fix.Had to pay an extra 25 dollars but i ok with that.The reason I gave this supplier a 1 star is that he as not refund me yet. I know he received my return on july 27. Its now august 6 still no return.
