Kiwi! You are the best. My friend was the one who introduced me to this knife. And ever since then, I never used any other brand. I bought six of these because the sturdiness and the sharpness is outstanding. The price is so worth it and the quality is amazing. I can’t ever use a different brand. And other brands are so expensive and it gets so dull easily. I recommend this brand to all my family members as well. I’m telling you, you won’t be disappointed if you purchase this knife.

First, if you want a great knife, buy these KIWI knives. I'm the cook. I worked professionally for about 10 years then moved on, cooking for the family and friends. I have the "nice knives" and I have bangers, and I thought these would be like that, bangers. Wrong 100%. These are the best, thin, sharp as a razer, cut through meat and vegies as thick or see through as you could want. They will flex some, and I keep a blade protector on each of them so no accidents happen, handles are great, they weigh nothing in your hand, and I am getting more so I have spares when someone else decides to use them with the "I'll be careful", then puts a big notch in the middle of the blade. I also sharpen my own knives on waterstones, and I could not believe how sharp I could get these, and very easily. Don't use the can opener sharpener or one of those gimmick sharpeners for these though, they are probably too thin for them to work. Beautiful knives I'm happy I found.

These would and are inexpensive but a friend who is a chef said to get these and replace or sharpen as needed. They are great and sharpen great. I'm not a pro (he is) so I still have my original one and a few new ones and even bought one for my trailer. Definitely a favorite knife in the drawer.

I recently purchased this set of two Kiwi Brand knives, and they have exceeded my expectations. These knives are sharp right out of the package and slice through vegetables, fish, and meats with ease. The blades are very easy to sharpen, maintaining a great edge without much effort. Not able to find these knives locally, so I was thrilled to discover them here on Amazon. The flexibility of these knives makes them very versatile in the kitchen, especially for finer work and more delicate cuts. Very sharp knives. Handles aren't the greatest

Excellent knives! Picked up one years ago from a local Vietnamese grocer and haven’t looked back! These knives are the BEST & my go to daily!!! Cheap, sharp and a must have in every kitchen. Can be sharpened and last long. I place them in my dishwasher every few weeks for a good clean. If done daily the handle may not last.

Excelentes cuchillos muy filosos y muy útiles

I have a whole drawer of chef’s knives, but these kiwi knives are the ones I turn to for everyday kitchen tasks. They are lightweight, super sharp, and make quick work of everything from chopping onions and tomatoes to slicing cheese or mincing garlic. They are really easy to sharpen and cheap enough that I keep several around and toss them out when they start to get too old. The only (very slight) downside is that they’re so lightweight that they aren’t great for cutting thicker meats or dense vegetables like squash. Otherwise, they are close to perfect.

Ich nutze verschiedene Kiwi-Brand Messer seit Jahren und bisher hat keines davon schlapp gemacht. Auch die Griffe halten bei mir prima. Die sind einfach klasse und für diesen Preis gibt es nichts besseres. Durch die dünne Klinge kann man damit super Zwiebeln und alles andere schneiden, nur für extrem hartes Gemüse wie Hokkaido nehme ich andere Messer. Falls eins doch mal kaputt ginge würde ich es sofort wieder kaufen, habe auch schon 6 Stück verschenkt und jeder liebt diese Messer! Außerdem lassen die sich einfach mit einem Wetzstahl scharf halten. Alle halbe Jahr ziehe ich sämtliche meiner Messer dann mal über einen Wasserstein.
