I love it!! Took me a couple of hours to assemble but if you have a partner to at least hand you the tools, it is easy... some of the screws were pretty difficult to fully tighten.. I will have to check back in a couple of days to see if there is something getting loose. Overall very satisfied with this product. Can’t go wrong for the price.. also, the customer service for this product is AMAZING! My dog chewed two pieces and these people sent me replacement pieces with no questions asked! Did not charge me any money either! I am so happy! Thanks for your great service

This is definitely a good set for the money. It looks nice and is compact which is perfect for small decks and patios. The quality and sturdiness doesn’t stand out but is certainly better than expected for the price tag. The assembly wasn’t bad at all. I didn’t swear or throw a temper tantrum at any point during the process. One thing I would warn people against is over tightening the screws. The diameter of the washers is barely larger than the holes in the frame so over tightening will pull the washer through the hole. I may buy larger washers to add more stability. If that is something you think would help, I would suggest buying washers before you build it so you don’t have to go back and do it later. Also, only hand tighten the screws at first and then tighten everything up at the end or else the holes won’t line up as easily.Overall I am satisfied with the set for the price. It’s not gonna last ten years, but for under $300 it is a bargain.

The is the 3rd patio set I've ordered from ExcelTech Direct / Do4U to compliment (everything matches) my other sets I've purchased from them and again, I am very happy with this purchase. I added decorative pillows to the back for extra comfort, but it is still comfortable without pillows.This has been the best online shopping experience I've had. After reading some reviews about the product only coming in two boxes, I was a bit hesitant. However I’m glad I made the purchase now!I love it!And I decided to make it a musical theme (these products brought separately) but added 2 pillows, music coasters, ashtray of guy playing guitar for smokers and added a tent above... really happy with how it came together!But the patio set is well worth it when I’m in Florida with the rain... seats can really dry fast. But I might get thicker set cushions because hurricane season, etc.Definitely recommend 💗HK

I’ve only had this set for a few days. It does look nice and is fairly comfortable. I can’t speak to the quality until the set has been used for a while.The design for assembling this, however, is horrific. In total, I had to install about 20-24 screws in the 4 pieces. This simple task probably took me roughly 2-3 hours to complete.....and I own my own home improvement business! Holes don’t line up, threads to screw into are in outer holes and you can’t see if you are aligning the screws properly, and screws are short and hard to handle. There is no reason in the world that this process should be so difficult!

For the price, this set is WONDERFUL! Very Sturdy for heavier people. Got lots of compliments when I had a family get together. Helped my hubby assemble it. Very easy!

The screws were to short had to buy our own screws to assemble. Assembly was frustrating to say the lease! The screws are just short enough not to grab the part ur attaching it too. For your sanity Before starting take the screws to the hardware store and get the next longer size. Believe me it will make the process much smoother. Like the seating smaller than it looks online. Tall man is to big for chairs.Material fades quickly and covers are hard to remove to clean covers.Love seat wont fit two normal size people but works for two 4/6 yr olds

The only thing is there were no instructions. My Husband figured out pretty quickly though. It will come in 2 boxes, we only received one the first day and it didn’t say another box was coming. I thought I was missing pieces. I contacted the seller , they responded quickly to let me know another box would show up the following day. It’s a nice set for the price. I enjoy it! I really am glad I went with this one.
