English Breakfast tea
Amazing taste. My mother used to have loose tea, when I was young it was too much hassle, so I have been using tea bags for the last 40 years. I watched Diary of a CEO podcast with "The Chronic Disease Expert" which said stop using tea bags because a single tea bag puts a billion micro plastic particles into your tea, which means they are going into your body. He also say that paper tea bags get sprayed with plastic to hold them together.I just could not use a tea bag after hearing that, lucky me, the loose Breakfast tea is so much nice than the tea bags.
