Tastes good, I eat them for breakfast since I don’t have the time to make my breakfast so it being super convenient to grab and go really helps. I like how there’s a good amount of protein in it without having too much sugar. The size is good too and it keeps me sustained until lunch time.

So good! The texture is great (texture and sensory issues with food), the fruits blend well together without being too sweet/tart.Good for a quick breakfast if you’re in a hurry and/or not a big eater in the morning.

I bought these to get past my dessert cravings. They aren’t bad tasting and only slightly chewy. I assume they are healthy to snack on for those who do not have peanut allergies. I am fortunate in that I grew up eating snacks with nuts & dark chocolate like these. My only complaint is that they are tiny and won’t fill you up. I suppose you can eat more than just one to get around that issue. If that is the case maybe Kind should just double the size of them??

The KIND products are always the best they can be. The owner was a guest several times on Shark Tank. This product is no exception. These square delights are delicious. Even though the owner sold his company he states he has working hands still involved so his products are still the best they can be. I will continue to seek the KIND products whenever I can. Try these products and judge for yourselves.

This Kind energy bar is delicious! It’s an easy way to grab a snack. It’s delicious and gluten free!
