I am just absolutely thrilled with this golden snitch fidget spinner!! It looked pretty true to my mental image from the books, as well as the snitch from the movie series, so I went for it…but I was not prepared to receive an exact replica of the magical golden snitch!! The fidget spinner is made of metal and sits nice and heavy in your palm for its small size; I like how it’s cold when I pick it up, but quickly warms to the temperature of my hand. I thought it was a neat idea to have the wings be the spinning part of the fidget toy, but it really is above and beyond the expectation - when you spin the wings the fidget action replicates the blurry fluttering wings visual (as seen in the movie series) and it sounds really cool like the wings are fluttering super fast just like the movie! I think my only complaints are small ones: there’s a little nub on top of the snitch that sits just under the index finger if you’re holding it with index on top and thumb on bottom, which seems to be the intuitive intent of the design)… for some reason my hand wishes the nub was sitting underneath on the bottom to help anchor the snitch as it sits on my thumb. Also, if you spin it CLOCKWISE too many times, the body of the snitch will actually come apart and the wings/body/inner magnet thingy will fly apart *in actually quite an exciting display of centrifugal force* So just be sure to spin it counterclockwise for the most part, or remember to regularly stop and tighten the two halves of the snitch’s body. Anyways, I carried around me everywhere and it’s super satisfying to hold even when I’m not fidgeting with it! Strongly recommend: 9.5/10 would buy again (and actually I did buy three more in the different color schemes for friends)

I got this for my son has he loves spinners and Harry Potter! He loves it. It’s sturdy and great quality. My only issue is the case. It is hard to put the spinner back in the case and zip it up. It still spins like it’s brand new. Great gift for somebody who enjoys Harry Potter
