Held off on reviewing, but now that I’m ordering my second bottle I figured the time was now. I’ve been taking this daily for six week. I noticed a huge drop in water retention. My puffy mid section and puffy face diminished within the first two weeks. I was not having trouble sleeping prior, so I have no feedback on that aspect. It does say to take with food, but I do not. I take it when I wake up with a large glass of water and I have not experienced any side effects from that. Bonus points: it’s only one capsule per day, the capsule has zero taste, and it’s cost effective being a 60 day supply for only $20! Just hit buy now and thank yourself later!

I like that this product is a small business that cares about customer satisfaction. I started taking it in hope of reducing my cortisol stress and weight gain. I’ve only finished one bottle so it probably hasn’t achieved full potential yet. I do think that it has helped with stress levels though! I will definitely try another bottle:)

I read all the reviews before i give it a shot. 2nd day that i took the pill before i go to bed i immediately notice the difference when i take it. I normally have trouble sleeping at night and wake up several times in early mornings to pee. Now i don't, i sleep like a princess. 😊 also i have a little anxiety it helps me relax. It's worth it. I hope they keep it at affordable price so I'll keep purchasing on the same brand.

So far it's great! I bought this after researching all kinds of different products to help with cortisol crap. I've been taking it about 3 weeks now and here is what I've noticed...1. My energy levels are improving greatly. I still get fatigued daily but now it is much later in the day from before.2. My distended belly has shrunk to about half of what it was.3. I'm not craving sweets like I did and I mean daily, huge cravings...always at night.4. I've lost 4 pounds. 5. I take the capsule with some food mid afternoon and I've not had any side effects.This product is a HUGE WIN for me and I'll keep taking it. I have been taking this product for about 9 days. It makes me so tired that I'm dragging through the day. Yes it does help you sleep at night but for me it doesn't wear off and I'm dragging through the day. That is the only effect I have noticed they're has really been no other change

Just started taking these. So far I can tell a slight difference in my inflammation. I sometimes get nauseous taking vitamins and supplements, but I haven't experienced that with these so far. Would definitely buy them again.

Would give it -1 if possible.Made me nauseous & triggered migraine headache.Attempted to return it… got the message “This item is not eligible for return,” despite the description stating it was eligible for return. They can make it right by refunding my money. In the trash it goes.
